Abstract/Summary:
Digital measuring instruments penetrated deeply into all aspects of aircraft manufacturing,such as the assembly of airframe structural parts and the connection of airframe separation surfaces.The application of collaborative measurement in the aircraft manufacturing site is developing towards the direction of multi-instrument complementary advantages and multi-source data fusion.The error calibration of collaborative measurement has become an effective means to evaluate the measurement quality of aircraft manufacturing site.It is an important guarantee to realize the reliability of measurement site instruments,controllable process and traceable results.Based on the background of collaborative measurement for aircraft manufacturing,collaborative measurement multi-source data fusion technology was studied.Using the standard device,the error calibration of the collaborative measurement network was realized.The on-site traceability method of the standard was studied,and the error calibration software was developed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Multi-source data fusion technology for collaborative measurement was studied.A multi-source data fusion model was established to solve the common point coordinate data.The non-public point coordinate data was unified.Uncertainty sources of collaborative measurement were analyzed.The measurement uncertainty of coordinate and the uncertainty of instrument posture parameters were quantified.(2)In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the collaborative measurement data,a standard-based error calibration method was proposed.Common point and non-common point calibration requirements were analyzed.The overall calibration of the collaborative measurement network was realized by the combination of length calibration and coordinate calibration.Through the application case of C919 large aircraft collaborative measurement,the feasibility of the error calibration method was verified.(3)In order to solve the problem of on-site traceability of the standard device,a mirror reflection length measurement method of laser tracker was proposed.The measurement principle was studied and the mirror reflection error was analyzed.The length standard measurement comparison experiment and the mirror angle adjustment verification experiment were designed.The measurement method was extended to the measurement of the coordinate standard,and the standard support was provided for the error calibration.In addition,a collaborative measurement error calibration software was developed.The input of collaborative measurement data and the output of error calibration results were realized.The feasibility of the software was verified through application cases.
