Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the development of the world economy, the national "Belt and Road" strategy and the "Ocean Power" strategy, the water transportation continues to maintain a high-speed development trend, and the development of China’s marine economy has risen to an unprecedented height. At the same time,in order to obtain the economic benefits of scale, ships are developing rapidly towards the trend of largescale and high-speed.However,some ports are limited by their own natural conditions or channel conditions, making the channel width and water depth in the port limited, and the service efficiency of the port is also limited by this and cannot be effectively improved. In order to increase the service capacity of the port for ships, many scholars have studied the optimization of ships entering and leaving the port, mostly focusing on the optimization of single-day scheduling or the optimization of scheduling for a given number of ships.Based on the collation of other researches on ship entry and exit optimization and ship entry and exit scheduling optimization problems by tide, this thesis integrates the effects of wind, wave and current. The constraints of tide height on the ship window period are studied in the vertical dimension, and the constraints of wind and current pressure difference angle on the ship window period are studied in the horizontal dimension, and a model for determining the ship window period under multiple constraints is established. And on this basis, with mixed integer programming as the support theory and safety and efficiency as the principles, the objective function of maximizing the total port unloading volume in one target period is proposed, and the ship inlet and outlet scheduling optimization model with berthing conditions, navigation mode, ship window period, ship safety distance and other navigation constraints as constraints is established in conjunction with the actual navigation, and the greedy-genetic combination optimization algorithm(G-GA)is used for the implementation.Unlike the current research on single-day scheduling or scheduling of a group of ships at the micro level, this paper focuses on the macro level, controls the whole situation, plans for the long term and puts a long term layout. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A comprehensive introduction and analysis of various environmental factors that affect ship navigation safety and restrict ship entry and exit, and sensitivity analysis, combined with navigation practice, considering channel conditions, natural environment, etc.,to build dynamic ship window period determination model and ship entry and exit scheduling optimization model under multiple constraints;(2)Design an algorithm for the model in this paper.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of commonly used in the ship,or algorithm, the greedy algorithm and the integration of genetic algorithm, complement each other, the design is suitable for the greedy-genetic optimization algorithm of the model in this paper, and design a greedy algorithm and greedy wolves-controlled trials of particle swarm optimization(pso),verify the validity of the greedy-genetic optimization algorithm and applicability;(3)Select a real port for investigation, and conduct simulation tests according to the actual survey data to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper. The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,we link theoretical research with actual navigation, consider the influence of wind, waves and currents on the window period of ships, the influence of according to the observed meteorological hydrological conditions, constraint conditions to establish dynamic window to determine the model of the ship;(2)Considering the berthing conditions, navigational mode, ship safety distance and other navigational constraints as constraints,an optimization model of ship access scheduling based on navigational constraints is established. It is more suitable for medium and long-term global scheduling, which can forecast and evaluate the overall strength and comprehensive service level of the port from a macro perspective and help port groups to make long-term layout and effective decisions. It can be universally applied to most of the ships entering and leaving the port, and can be transformed into a specific model for a specific port, which is universal and relevant at the same time.
