| Research on ship energy efficiency is one of the effective ways to save energy and reduce emissions and improve the competitiveness of ship enterprises.Only through the overall optimization of ship operation management and power system,can we ensure the reduction of carbon emissions from the shipping industry to the atmosphere and increase the profits of enterprises.The level of ascension in the operation of the new energy of ship energy efficiency method generally has two kinds: one is through the establishment of evaluation index,and set up corresponding specific constraint conditions,to the best speed optimization of each segment.The second is to directly choose the new energy hybrid power system and design the energy management strategy.At present,it is the focus of ship energy efficiency optimization research to integrate the optimization methods of the above two schemes to solve the problem of ship energy conservation and emission reduction.Therefore,it is of great significance to study an energy efficiency optimization scheme considering the above two methods for the energy conservation and emission reduction of the ship industry.This dissertation takes a luxury cruise ship with a 500-passenger diesel-electric hybrid power system as the research object,analyzes the factors affecting the ship’s energy efficiency,designs the ship’s energy efficiency management system,collects the energy consumption and navigable environment data of the real ship,and establishes the energy consumption mechanism model.On this basis,based on the grasshopper optimization algorithm,an energy management strategy considering speed and power distribution is proposed,which expands a new research idea for the energy efficiency of new energy ships.The specific work is as follows:(1)Design an energy efficiency management system suitable for new energy ships.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the energy consumption of new energy ships,the energy efficiency data acquisition terminal,communication protocol,communication wiring and installation design of the energy efficiency management system are designed.In addition,the collected original data are cleaned and analyzed.By observing the impact of actual data on energy consumption,several factors that have the greatest impact on energy consumption in the energy efficiency research process are determined to guide the focus of mechanism modeling in the following.(2)The fuel consumption prediction model suitable for new energy ships is established.Based on the data analysis method.The Simulink environment,build ship type,power conversion efficiency and navigable environment factors such as the power demand side model,and consider,reduction gear box,propeller propulsion motor and a hybrid system consisting of power supply side model,fuel consumption prediction model is established,and based on actual data to verify the validity of the model.The influence of navigation environment factors and different energy management strategies on energy consumption is investigated by using the prediction model.(3)The hybrid energy management strategy considering navigation environment factors is studied.A fuel consumption as evaluation index,the ship speed,diesel generator and super capacitor power output as decision variables,to ship balance of power supply,safe speed limit,limit diesel generator power output,the super capacitor SOC,power system reliability as constraint condition of hybrid system such as energy management strategy;In MATLAB environment,the evaluation model in Simulink is designed and operated by algorithm,and the energy distribution and optimal speed of hybrid power system are optimized by grasshopper optimization algorithm in real time.According to the measured data,the optimization effect of the energy management strategy is compared and analyzed.(4)For a bulk carrier with traditional propulsion mode,the ship energy efficiency optimization model based on rolling optimization under multiple attributes is studied.Considering that the ship is constrained by many factors during operation,the ship type parameters of the target ship are modified on the basis of the above fuel consumption prediction model,and the multi-attribute optimization model of total voyage cost and Ship Energy Efficiency Operating Index(EEOI)is established.Based on the idea of rolling optimization,a high-precision multi-objective Grasshopper optimization algorithm was used to find the Pareto solution set of the energy efficiency model,and the multi-attribute decision method based on TOPSIS was used to balance the compromise solution of the solution set.According to the data,the optimization effect of the energy efficiency optimization scheme is compared and analyzed. |
