Urban vacant land refers to "abandoned,vacant or underutilized land within the urban built-up area".For a long time,urban vacant land as a gray area of urban space can not bring positive impact on the overall development and environment of the city.However,under the background of accelerating ecological civilization construction and changing urban planning from incremental construction to stock renewal,the academic circle has been exploring how to make full use of vacant urban land and carry out ecological innovation,so as to provide positive returns in ecological and economic aspects to cities and communities.As a kind of ecological space aggregation inside the city,blue-green space is irreplaceable in the aspects of ecosystem,cultural landscape and recreation and health,but it also faces a series of problems caused by urbanization,such as landscape segmentation and space fragmentation.This paper focus on the city of vacant land this grey area of a city,discuss the problem facing under the background of rapid urbanization and opportunity,and introduce the concept of green space,blue analysis of correlation between the city and unused land into the necessity and feasibility of blue green space,in order to its after into blue green space can not only play to its own ecological benefits,It can also improve and optimize the urban blue-green spatial network.Based on this theory,this paper takes Wuxi in the process of rapid urbanization as the research object,and analyzes the urban land use with remote sensing images.After that,we will try to take the central urban area of Wuxi as the main research area,analyze the distribution characteristics of vacant land in the city,and select the vacant land that has the potential to be incorporated into the blue-green space,and formulate timely renewal strategies according to the length of their vacant time and the different space types in which they are located.The research of this paper can be composed of the following three parts:The first part is mainly to sort out the theories related to urban vacant land and urban bluegreen space.This paper defines the concepts of urban vacant land,and analyzes the difficulties and opportunities of urban vacant land in the process of rapid urbanization based on actual research and related cases.By analyzing the correlation between vacant urban land and bluegreen space in terms of layout and function,the feasibility and rationality of transforming vacant urban land into blue-green urban space are demonstrated,which provides theoretical basis for the following research.The second part firstly studies the whole data of Wuxi,and obtains the overall evolution characteristics of land use and blue-green space in Wuxi from 2014 to 2021 through the analysis of remote sensing images,thus determining the specific scope of the study area.After that,the data of the study area is analyzed,the vacant land in the study area is classified and summarized,and the specific methods and screening standards of vacant land are summarized.The third part,combined with the results obtained above,focuses on exploring specific utilization approaches of vacant urban land based on blue-green space construction,screening and sorting out vacant urban land under different spatial backgrounds,and proposes specific renewal strategies for vacant urban land under different urban construction stages.The urban vacant land renewal strategy proposed in this paper,based on the actual urban construction situation,can provide some solutions to the problem of urban vacant land,and can also provide some reference for the inventory and utilization of urban vacant land,which plays a role in promoting the construction of eco-friendly cities.
