Research On Landscape Optimization Of Nanjing Laoshan Scenic Spot Based On The Concept Of Forest Health Care

With the excessive work and life pressure of modern urban residents,there is a lack of healing in both physical and psychological aspects,so the psychological needs of leisure,relaxation,sports and entertainment also arise.Due to the impact of the new crown epidemic in recent years,Chinese people cannot travel freely across borders,so domestic tourism has attracted much attention.Forest tourism is an important part of my country’s tourism industry.With the introduction of the concept of forest health care into our country,this new format of integrated development of health care industry and tourism has attracted attention.Modern people are more willing to enjoy life and yearn for ecological and natural landscape space.The rapid and high-quality development of society has increased people’s life pressure and urgently needs physical and mental recuperation.Recuperation landscapes are no longer exclusive to the elderly.People of all ages can find special recuperation for their symptoms.This paper is based on the optimal design of Nanjing Laoshan Scenic Spot landscape based on the research of forest health care theory,mainly from the following levels.The first is the research and development process of domestic and foreign health landscape theory.Because the research in my country started late,many of them are based on the existing research content abroad.Next is the research and development process of forest health care landscape design at home and abroad.Foreign forest health care landscapes have a relatively complete system,and the acceptance of the people is generally high,while domestic forest health care landscapes are still in the initial stage of development.Regulations are also being gradually improved.The second part is the explanation of the definition of health care landscape and forest health care landscape,the types,development prospects and advantages of forest health care landscape,as well as other related theoretical research in this field.Next is the basic research and analysis of forest health and wellness landscape design.First,determine the research ideas and processes of forest health and wellness landscape,form a research structure,determine the purpose of this research and key design issues,and collect data through offline research and online research.In this way,the reference design basis related to this forest health care landscape is collected,and the analysis and summary are carried out.Through the survey,we can understand the different needs of people of different age groups for health care,as well as tourists’ preferences for the spatial environment and health care activities of forest health care landscapes.Then,the principles of forest health and wellness landscape design are put forward from four perspectives: the coordination of ecological priority and health care activities,the needs of different groups,the compatibility and safety of health care landscapes,and the development of regional and humanistic characteristics.Finally,taking Nanjing Laoshan Scenic Spot as an example to conduct practical exploration,and based on the survey results collected above,it provides a basis for the practice of this forest health care landscape.This part analyzes the natural resources and background of the base,so as to establish the goals and design strategies of this design,and finally form the functional zoning and special design of the forest health landscape of Nanjing Laoshan Scenic Area.
