Research On Consumption Scene Landscape Design Of Pedestrian Commercial Block Based On Consumer Behavior

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the widespread application of mobile media,"consumption scenes" have become inseparable from people.Under the background of the rapid transformation of consumption upgrading,consumption scenes have gradually become the demand trend of current consumers.The consumption scene of the pedestrian commercial block meets the consumer’s pursuit of cultural atmosphere and experience atmosphere.The interpersonal interaction that is fresh,exciting and can trigger emotional resonance is more three-dimensional and can trigger emotional resonance than the single interaction of the online consumption scene.At the same time,the pedestrian commercial block has the characteristics of open space and diversity of business forms,This makes the consumption scene of Pedestrian Commercial blocks have more inherent advantages in scene shaping than other consumption spaces.Based on the theory of consumer behavior and consumption scene,this paper analyzes the behavior characteristics of consumer groups and the consumption scenes of Pedestrian Commercial blocks under the background of consumption upgrading,and investigates and analyzes the behavior characteristics,scene elements and scene satisfaction of consumers in laomen East historical and cultural block in Nanjing.On this basis,combined with the typical case analysis of Yuanyang taiguli in Chengdu and Datang sleepless city pedestrian street in Xi’an,This paper puts forward the strategy of building the consumption scene of the pedestrian commercial block,and applies it to the landscape design of the consumption scene of Tongji pedestrian block in Lishui District,Nanjing.Through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,and in combination with the IPA quadrant visual graphic method to carry out a series of relevant research,the author believes that the theme positioning and regional culture are very important for the creation of the consumption scene of the pedestrian commercial block.The breath of life and experience activities play a great role in the formation of the scene atmosphere.Landscape design also plays a great role in the creation of the consumption scene in terms of aesthetics and function.The creation of the consumption scene involves multiple disciplines,It is unrealistic to rely on the efforts of many parties.The creation of the consumption scene of Pedestrian Commercial blocks cannot be separated from the active and vigorous guidance of government policies and the investment of funds from relevant departments.The unified planning of the operators is also very critical.The research on the scene theory has very important theoretical and practical significance.
