With the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction and the enhancement of people’s awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction,new energy vehicles have developed rapidly with their advantages of clean and pollution-free.In order to improve the power performance and economic performance,new energy vehicles need installing automatic transmissions,and the automatic transmissions of new energy vehicles tend to develop intelligently.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project "Research on AMT Shift Control of Pure Electric Commercial Vehicles",this paper studies the shift law and shift process control strategy of AMT for new energy vehicles.The specific work contents are as follows:(1)According to the motor-transmission integration system development project of school-enterprise cooperation,the layout scheme of new energy commercial vehicles is analyzed based on the designed vehicle parameters.I have analyzed the deficiency of single gear arrangement scheme by Cruise,designed the two-gear motor-transmission arrangement scheme and its transmission ratio,compared the simulation results with those of single gear arrangement scheme,and analyzed the feasibility of the two-gear motor-transmission arrangement scheme.(2)According to automobile parameters,Considering the driver’s driving intention,vehicle state,road information and other parameters,fuzzy control is used to identify driving intention and road information,and then the optimal shift control strategy is formulated by combining the optimal power shift control strategy and the optimal economy shift control strategy.(3)According to the optimized shift control strategy,the intelligent shift control strategy model is built by Simulink.I have analyzed the power performance and economy of pure electric commercial vehicle and verified the feasibility of intelligent shift control strategy.Simulation results show that the pure electric vehicle controlled by intelligent shift control strategy has better power performance and economy.(4)I have used Simulink/Stateflow built a shift process control strategy,divided the shift process into several stages,and controlled each stage individually and closely connect them to achieve the purpose of improving shift quality.They are used for acceleration,upshift and deceleration,respectively.Simulation analysis is carried out on the gear condition.The simulation results show that the shift process control strategy can realize fast and smooth shifting.(5)Completed the construction of an experimental platform for optimized shift control strategies.Completed the experimental research on acceleration upshift and deceleration downshift conditions and collected experimental data,and completed the comparison of the shift process control simulation results,measured and analyzed the shift noise and shift time,and analyzed the shift experiment results.The experimental results show that the AMT intelligent control strategy developed in this paper can realize fast and smooth gear shifting.
