Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of the financial industry,the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry based on financial technology has become the trend of future development.As the main body with the largest base in the transformation of traditional industries,the "financing difficulty and high cost" has always restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain of the automobile industry.The emergence of supply chain finance has effectively reduced the information asymmetry between enterprises and financial institutions,alleviated the financing difficulties of enterprises to a certain extent,helped the rapid development of the automobile industry,and also brought a new way for financial institutions to make profits.However,due to the differences in the status,demands and objectives of each participant in supply chain finance,the uneven distribution of interests among participants is usually caused,which seriously affects the enthusiasm of participants,thus affecting the stability and sustainability of the long-term operation of the automotive supply chain.YN Company is a domestic internal combustion engine manufacturer.In the process of enterprise development,in order to improve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized suppliers in the automotive supply chain,improve the efficiency of the supply chain,enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain,and plan to build a supply chain finance platform.However,in the process of building,the upstream small and medium-sized suppliers and financial institutions think that the benefits are unevenly distributed and worry about the damage of their interests,so they are not very active in participating in the supply chain finance platform.Based on this,on the basis of sorting out the relevant literature and basic theories of supply chain finance,using literature research method,mathematical modeling method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method and other research methods,from the perspective of the automobile industry,the supply chain finance system is constructed,and the game analysis is carried out on how the core enterprises and upstream suppliers make decisions in accounts receivable financing.Then,the cooperative game method is used to establish the profit distribution model among the core enterprises,upstream small and medium-sized suppliers and financial institutions.Based on the Shapley value method,the simulation analysis of the profit distribution of supply chain finance is carried out by using examples,and specific suggestions are put forward accordingly.The results show that the cooperative management mode of supply chain finance in the automobile industry can effectively improve the overall benefits of the cooperative alliance.As long as the benefits brought by the successful supply chain financing are greater than the "default" of small and medium-sized suppliers and the "non-repayment" of core enterprises,the game equilibrium(credit keeping and repayment)can be achieved.The distribution of supply chain income according to the Shapley value method can effectively solve the fairness conflict problem of the supply chain participants in the automotive industry when developing supply chain finance.Considering the contribution made by the participants in the supply chain,it can complete the fair and reasonable distribution of income among the relevant participants in the supply chain and help enhance the enthusiasm of the participants.In this way,the sustainability and stability of the automotive industry business can be improved,and multi-win and value co-creation can be realized.
