| Full precast concert frame structure is a kind of industrial construction production mode,which has attracted more and more attention because of its short construction period,high cost-effectiveness and small environmental pollution.However,due to the complex connection and weak performance of the connection nodes of the current assembly frame structure,the assembly frame structure is limited in the earthquake-prone areas.In addition,there are still many problems in the dry-connection form of precast concert frame structure.Based on the above analysis,this paper combines domestic and foreign research situation,proposes a new type of prefabricated groove frame beam.The prefabricated groove frame beam is a new type of prefabricated frame beam,which is divided into two parts: hidden bracket and notched beam.It moves the connection part of the frame beam and the frame column outwards,and sets the connection to a stepped shape,so that the prefabricated components with reasonable design can overlap the notched beam on the hidden bracket during the lifting process,thereby reducing the support.In addition,the last layer is provided to further enhance the integrity of the connection form.Based on the test,this paper analyzes and discusses the mechanical performance of the connection area of prefabricated groove frame beam.The main contents are as follows:(1)4 test pieces were produced(1 ordinary concrete specimen,3 new connection type precast specimens),low cyclic loading was completed,and the whole process of cracking,yielding,and failure of the specimens was observed.(2)By sorting out the collected data,the data analysis of the specimens performance including hysteresis curve,energy dissipation capacity,ductility,strength and stiffness degradation and partial strain analysis is completed.The data shows that the tongue-and-groove connection used in the test can meet the general design needs,but its structure needs to be improved.With the strengthening of the connection cover,the bearing capacity of the prefabricated groove frame beam can meet the requirements of the ordinary concrete specimen,in which the reinforcement effect of the side connection cover is more significant.However,there is still a certain gap between its ductility and energy consumption capacity,which has not achieved the expected results of the experiment.(3)The STM and shear-friction theory are used to do force analysis and formula derivation of the various parts of the prefabricated groove frame beam.Including the calculation of the reinforcement of the notched beam and the hidden bracket,the design of the connecting cover plate and high-strength bolts,etc.(4)According to the test phenomenon,the structural improvement measures based on the production of this test specimen were proposed.In addition,a brief discussion is made on the shift-away of plastic hinge of the frame beam involved in this article. |
