Vibration isolation is to reduce the influence of vibration on the protected object by installing a vibration isolation device between the vibration source and the protected object.The quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation technology is a vibration isolation method that has emerged in recent years.In this paper,a multi-degree-of-freedom quasi-zero stiffness isolator is developed based on the actual needs of the enterprise.The main research contents are as follows.A quasi-zero stiffness strut system based on "cam-inner spring-ball" was proposed and designed.The static stiffness analysis was used to obtain the quasi-zero stiffness condition of the strut.The influence law of the parameters of the zero-stiffness strut system is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the quasi-zero stiffness strut.The dynamic model of the quasi-zero stiffness strut is established,and the vibration isolation effect is evaluated by the force transmission rate.Based on Stewart platform,a quasi-zero stiffness strut parallel vibration isolation system is designed.By establishing a static characteristic model,it is proved that it has quasi-zero stiffness characteristics.The influence of platform structural parameters on platform stiffness is discussed.The dynamic model of the vibration isolation platform is established,and the influence of the platform parameters on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of each is discussed.The transfer rate model of vibration isolation effect evaluation is established,and the influence of platform parameters on the vibration isolation performance of the platform is discussed.Design the quasi-zero stiffness strut structure diagram,engineering drawing and get the quasi-zero stiffness strut assembly.The experimental platform of quasi-zero stiffness compression rod was built,and the quasi-zero stiffness characteristics and vibration isolation effect of the compression rod were verified by experiments.The ADAMS simulation analysis based on the Stewart quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation platform shows that the quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolation platform has a good six-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation performance,which provides a basis for further development of the platform.
