With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,household electrical appliance manufacturers and Internet enterprise have increased the layout of smart home appliances.The Io T platform occupies a core position as the information center of smart home appliances,and is the key area of industry layout.At present,the Io T platform construction is still in the stage of innovation and exploration,it will have too many risks for general home electric appliance companies while planning and Implementation phase.The technological innovation project’s schedule will eventually be delayed due to unclear strategic positioning,blind expansion of the project scope,insufficient reserves of technical personnel,etc.,excessive delay may miss innovation opportunities or even failure.This thesis analyzes and studies the risk situation of the A company’s smart home appliance Io T platform construction project.First of all,the scenario analysis method was selected to identify the project’s strategic planning risks because of the lack of reference cases for a technological innovation project,the WBS-RBS matrix was established by decomposing the project’s tasks and risks to identify the overall risks of the project.The identified risk factors are analyzed and summarized.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk factors and sort them by weight,and use the PERT technology to evaluate the key schedule risks that require a large amount of data calculation.Considering that the PERT technology is an estimation under specific conditions and only considers a critical path is possible,this thesis uses computer programming to implement Monte Carlo data models to verify the completion rate of the project,and focuses on the analysis of the criticality of each line of the PERT network,which improves the accuracy of the PERT technology to a certain extent,Which is more in line with the actual situation of the project.Finally,corresponding risk response strategies and control measures are formulated according to the project risk analysis and evaluation.This thesis summarizes the risk characteristics of technological innovation projects through the risk management research of the intelligent home electric appliance Io T platform construction project of A company.While doing a good job in the control of strategic risks and technical risks,take the control of project schedule as the main line and reference indicators,and do a good job in the control of risk factors such as scope risk and human resource risk.A risk evaluation model is established by using data simulation for key schedule risks,The models make it easier to achieve large-scale simulations,improving the efficiency and accuracy of analysis,and also facilitating the implementation of the project,analyzing the project schedule dynamically,and controlling the project schedule more accurately.Hoping thesis research can provide some reference suggestions for risk management of similar projects.
