Relay valve is a key component of locomotive braking system,and its performance directly affects the driving safety.Therefore,it is particularly important to test the performance of the relay valve.However,the traditional performance test system has the problems of cumbersome operation,less data collection and poor accuracy,which leads to incomplete test items and low efficiency,and it is difficult to comprehensively analyze the reliability and durability of the relay valve.In order to improve the efficiency of relay valve performance test,a relay valve performance test system with simple operation and high detection accuracy is designed.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the relay valve performance test system is selected as the research object.After introducing the working principle of the braking system,the Amesim software is used to build the emergency solenoid valve,empty and heavy vehicle valve and relay valve model,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the relay valve performance test system.After completing the requirement analysis of the performance test system,the relay valve performance test system scheme is designed.Secondly,the pressure control principle in the relay valve performance test system is introduced.As a key part of the pressure control of the performance test system,the high-speed solenoid valve introduces its working principle and analyzes its characteristics.In order to shorten the relay valve performance test time and improve the pre-control pressure output accuracy,PID control and fuzzy PID control are used to control the high-speed solenoid valve.In order to improve the slow convergence speed and low control precision of fuzzy control,an improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is introduced to optimize the neural network fuzzy control,and the high-speed solenoid valve is simulated.Then,a control acquisition board is designed to control the load and collect data of the solenoid valve,proportional valve and pressure sensor in the system.The upper computer software of relay valve performance test is designed by QT Creator,including system login interface,performance test option interface,real-time curve interface and historical data interface.The pressure sensor data generated in the test is stored using My Sql and text.Finally,the designed relay valve performance test system is tested and evaluated.After nine test tests such as balance pressure,hysteresis and sensitivity,the system can make a comprehensive test and stable operation of the relay valve performance index. |
