A Study On The Characteristic Space Design Of An Intelligent Unmanned Hotel

The traditional hotel industry is homogenised and faces problems such as increased labour costs,rising raw material prices and increased energy consumption,leading to a decline in economic efficiency.With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,the "smart era",the digital technology-driven technological convergence revolution and the trend of intelligence have accelerated the development of intelligent hotels.As a new type of hotel,the unmanned hotel offers high space efficiency,user satisfaction and low operating costs,which can provide more business opportunities for the hospitality industry.Few studies have focused on the actual space use and design of unmanned hotels,and the spatial design of unmanned hotels is still in the exploration stage,lacking empirical evidence of constructive design strategies for reference.In response to the above status quo,this paper combines the development trend of wisdom,composes the application and design characteristics of intelligent wisdom technology related to unmanned hotels,investigates the spatial form and characteristic space design and use status of three unmanned hotels in the field,pays attention to the flow of staying customers and service staff,records the process and characteristics of the occurrence of behaviour,and draws floor plans and analysis diagrams.Because the unmanned hotel is a new hotel model,its spatial design and functional composition are significantly different from those of traditional hotels.For the design of unmanned hotels,it is necessary to draw on the principles and strategies of intelligent spatial design on the one hand,and on the other hand,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of unmanned hotels to propose new design ideas and methods.The research adopts a variety of research methods,including data collection,field research and interviews.The unmanned hotel is comprehensively analysed and researched,including the provision and use of intelligent equipment,functional composition,spatial structure,area ratios,usage flow,design and use of special spaces,etc.,to provide a reliable basis for the research conclusions of this paper.The final results of this paper will provide more comprehensive design recommendations for the spatial design of unmanned hotels.From the perspective of the customers staying in the hotel,combining the actual situation of unmanned hotels,intelligent technology and the development trend of hotel space adaptability,the design strategies to help unmanned hotel space design more in line with the trend development and individual needs are explored,and the characteristics of unmanned hotel space form and the use of characteristic space are summarised to provide reference for future research and space design.
