In the process of rapid beach landing,the ground condition of tracked amphibious armored vehicle is very complicated,and it is required to have super maneuverability because of the urgent need of obstacle surmounting and avoiding gunfire.However,in the process of fast start,emergency stop and emergency turn,excessive track wear and even track wheel disengagement are often caused,which makes the vehicle lose maneuverability and greatly restricts the running reliability of tracked amphibious armored vehicle.Therefore,this paper focuses on improving the running reliability of tracked vehicles by optimizing the track plate.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)From the characteristics of track-ground interaction and analysis of trackground resistance,the relationship between track-ground interaction is described.Based on the analysis of soil thrust of single track plate,the formula of soil thrust of track plate is deduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the ground interaction model of track plate.(2)By modeling the track-plate and soil particle bed,the track-soil interaction model was further constructed,and the simulation of the track-plate shear movement on the soil was analyzed.The correctness of the interaction model is verified by comparing with the track plate soil trough test,and the feasibility of building the track vehicle surface interaction model using Recur Dyn and EDEM is verified.(3)Based on Recur Dyn and EDEM,a joint simulation model of tracked vehicleground interaction was established.Through the simulation of three driving conditions of tracked vehicle on the ground,namely,constant speed,sharp acceleration and deceleration,and sharp turn,the track tension force under the three driving conditions was analyzed in detail.(4)Based on Latin hypercubic experimental design,proxy model technology and optimization knowledge theory,Isight optimization simulation platform was built on the basis of Recurdyn kinematics analysis,and simulated annealing algorithm was used to optimize the maximum track tension by optimizing the structural parameters of the track plate of the tracked vehicle under two operating conditions,thus reducing the track off-wheel risk.In the combination of the two working conditions,the optimization results show that when the track-plate parameters are L=184mm,H=50.5mm,D=11.4mm,the risk of track-wheel disengagement can be reduced to the greatest extent.
