| Power electronics technology,as a processing technology controlling energy flow by information flow,has gradually become the main current of today’s technological development.In order to meet the demand of electric energy,power electronics technology is gradually in the process of high frequency,high power,modular and green.For one thing,isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter(IBDC converter)becomes the key equipment the bidirectional flow of energy and ensure the isolation and safety of current.For another,due to the existence of too many discrete components,the IBDC converter will increase the volume and reduce the space utilization rate.At the same time,the parasitic parameters generated at high frequency will produce large losses,and the power density of the device will also be reduced.In order to make the space utilization efficiency and power density is improved,reducing loss resulted from the parasitic parameters on the circuit work normally,this topic to a parallel resonant isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter(PR-IBDC converter)as an example,the passive components electromagnetic integration technology was used to construct integrated unit.First of all,aiming at the background requirements of the energy storage system,the paper designs the PR-IBDC converter applied to the energy storage system,introduces its working principle and mode,theoretically calculates the parameters of its main components,and establishes its circuit simulation model in THE PSIM software to verify the correctness of the topological theoretical analysis.Then,in order to solve the problems of PR-IBDC converter with too many discrete components resulting in too large volume and low space utilization rate,the integration unit is constructed by the flexible multi-layer strip integration technology,and the schematic diagram,connection mode,flux loop analysis and parameter design of the integration unit.In addition,according to the integrated unit production prototype and simulation platform in Maxwell’s integrated independent simulation,the experimental prototype was established for debugging,and the experimental waveform was obtained,which was compared with the simulation waveform to verify the design based on PR-IBDC passive components of the converter the validity of the integrated device.Finally,in view of the parasitic parameters,through to the flexible integration technology to establish the distributed multi-layer strip electromagnetic component unit,The parasitic capacitance integration,and how to effectively reduce the influence of parasitic parameters on the circuit is described. |
