Research On Government Subsidy Policy For New Energy Vehicles Under The Goal Of ’Double Carbon’

During the implementation of the ‘double carbon’ target,the Chinese government has issued a large number of policies and measures on carbon emission reduction,which provides a strong policy guarantee for China’s continuous world-leading production and marketing scale of new energy vehicles.In terms of China’s current form,the promotion of new energy vehicles is not smooth,and there are many problems in the process of exploration.Including a large burden on the central and local finance,the phenomenon of ‘cheating compensation’,and the new energy vehicle industry is slowly transitioning from policy driven to market driven due to the decline of government subsidies.In order to further explore how China should make efforts to promote the realization of the ‘double carbon’ goal in the field of new energy vehicles.By studying the development of China’s new energy vehicle subsidy policy,retaining the favorable policies and policy implementation methods in the development process of new energy vehicle subsidy policy,and analyzing the government subsidy policies of new energy vehicles in European countries,the United States,Asian countries and other countries,this thesis obtains experience and enlightenment.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the people to analyze the impact of the government subsidy policy for new energy vehicles on the people’s purchase intention,so as to provide reference for the direction of the government subsidy policy for new energy vehicles.Finally,it provides ideas and suggestions on the system and mechanism of government subsidies for new energy vehicles,the contents and methods of government subsidies for new energy vehicles,and the decline mode of government subsidies for new energy vehicles.We should improve the government subsidy structure,establish a subsidy dynamic adjustment mechanism,formulate personalized and differentiated subsidy policies,and improve the subsidy supervision and management system.We will continue to support technology R & D,accelerate the improvement of supporting infrastructure,improve the development matching of new energy vehicles,and provide subsidies to advanced enterprises and products of new energy vehicles.We should carry out precise subsidies,pay attention to the ways and methods of the decline of government subsidies in the post subsidy era,and tilt the government subsidy policies and incentive policies to the use links.
