Reinforced concrete column-steel beam composite structure is economy and efficiency,prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and steel beams can be produced in the factory and subsequently assembled on site with high efficiency.In this thesis,on the basis of summarizing the research on reinforced concrete column-steel beam connections,split bolt and sleeve connections,based on the research of the existing prefabricated reinforced concrete column-steel beam connection,this kind of joint is improved,and a prefabricated reinforced concrete column-steel beam connection with sleeve is proposed.The flexural behavior and failure mode were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation,and the influence of various parameters on mechanical performance was studied in depth.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The ductile metal fracture criterion was introduced to consider the steel fracture,the finite element model of the connection was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the force of the connection under static load.The simulation results were compared with the measured results to verify whether the finite element model of the connection is reasonable.(2)The thesis simulates the prefabricated reinforced concrete column-steel beam connection with sleeve,analyzes the flexural behavior index of the connection and the failure process of each component,and finally studies the force transmission mechanism of the connection.(3)Parameter analysis was conducted from the dimensions,material strength and pretensioning force of each component,including the size of T-stub,steel sleeve,web angle,diameter of high-strength bolt and split bolt,material strength,pre-tensioning force.By contrasting the flexural behavior indicators and the damage process,the influence on flexural behavior of various parameters was analyzed,the results show that high-strength bolts and angle have great influence on the flexural capacity of connections.In addition,suggestions on parameter values are given.(4)The flexural capacity of reinforced concrete column-steel beam sleeve connections was calculated according to EC3 specification for six representative connections,and the variation law of the flexural behavior and failure mode was analyzed.The results of finite element numerical simulation and the calculation results of the code were compared and analyzed,theoretical calculation result coincide with simulated results. |
