| The rapid development of the economy has triggered technological reforms in the global industry,and new energy vehicles have received more and more attention and favor.As the power source of new energy vehicles,power batteries have become the research focus of relevant institutions.In order to make the battery operate in an optimal temperature range,it is of great significance to study the thermal management of the battery.In this paper,the research on the battery thermal management system based on the coupling of phase change materials and liquid cooling is carried out.The main research work is as follows:In this paper,the COMSOL numerical analysis software is used to simulate the cooling performance of the double-layer battery module at high temperature and low temperature.The specific content and work are as follows:(1)A simplified 18650 type cylindrical single battery model is built,and the transient simulation test of lithium battery discharge conditions under different ambient temperatures and various discharge rates is carried out by using COMSOL software,and it is revealed that the single battery discharge temperature in different environments The changing law of rise.(2)On the basis of the pure phase change model,staggered liquid cooling tubes are designed,and a thermal management(Battery Thermal Management System)model based on the coupling of phase change materials and liquid cooling tubes is established.The influence of factors such as graphite and paraffin phase change material on the heat dissipation of the battery module was compared,and the cooling effect of the paraffin phase change material with different mass fractions of graphite was compared.(3)The battery insulation and heating film preheating structure under low temperature environment is designed,the battery low temperature insulation model is established and simulated,and the parameters such as the thickness of insulation layer and the influence of insulation material on insulation performance are determined.The preheating of the package heating film is analyzed and calculated,and a reasonable and effective preheating scheme is obtained. |
