Large-scale and long-term power outage accidents of distribution network caused by extreme disasters often occur.As a weak link at the end of the power system,disconnection and other faults caused by disasters will directly affect power supply of distribution network users.With the rapid development of power distribution network construction,the access to the power of the number of species is increasingly abundant,and the end user monitoring and scheduling ability has been improved,the premise can make distribution network after the disaster to make the power supply side before the higher recovery of power supply,power grid side and load side load to restore emergency resources.Therefore,the paper studies post-disaster load recovery from three perspectives: Mobile Energy Storage(MES)and Distributed Generation(DG)on the power side,line switch on the power grid side,and data center on the load side.The main research contents are as follows:Taking mobile energy storage and DG as emergency resources on the power side,a load recovery strategy considering the three-phase coordinated scheduling of mobile energy storage and DG under the island division is proposed based on the island operation background of asymmetric distribution network.Mobile energy storage temporal-spatial transfer and charge-discharge model is established firstly,then to island operation between the load distribution network interruption cost,DG power generation cost and mobile storage related cost minimum as objective function to establish model,island of distribution network optimization division and coordination of mobile storage and DG three-phase scheduling,finally through the analysis of examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed load recovery strategy.A two-stage cooperative load recovery strategy considering the difference of the action characteristics of multiple types of switches is proposed.The cooperative action process of multiple switches is analyzed and the basic recovery framework considering the cooperation between fault isolation stage and service recovery stage is constructed.Based on this framework,new reconstruction constraints,switching action constraints,fault isolation constraints and distribution network operation constraints are established,including passive load island and island fusion.A recovery model is established with the objective function of minimizing the two-stage cut-off load cost,which is converted into a mixed integer linear model.Example analysis shows that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the practicability of the model and the postdisaster load recovery ability of distribution network.Taking data center as load side emergency resource,an optimization model of post-disaster load recovery of distribution network considering data center power consumption regulation is proposed.The power consumption model of data center server taking into account the frequency modulation operation mode is established,so that each data center can flexibly adjust the frequency according to the amount of data undertaken,and then reduce the power consumption cost on the basis of guaranteeing the completion rate of work task.By coordinating with distribution network reconstruction and DG scheduling,the recovery plan includes emergency operation decision of data center and recovery decision of power distribution system.The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by an example.
