The rapid development of hydraulic technology has put forward higher requirements for the performance of the axial piston pump,the core component of the hydraulic system.As an extremely critical component in the axial piston pump,the slipper working characteristics have an important influence on the overall performance and service life of the pump.When the axial piston pump is working,the piston cavity continuously absorbing and discharging oil,especially in the oil discharge area,the slipper is subjected to complex forces and has a harsh working conditions,which is the most likely stage of the slipper pair to fail.The characteristics of the slipper pair are mainly determined by the slipper pair oil film,this paper focuses on the dynamic and lubrication characteristics of the slipper pair oil film,considering the influence of slipper fluid-structure coupling on the lubrication condition of slipper pair oil film,providing a more credible theoretical basis for the development of the domestic axial piston pumps.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and engineering value for the axial piston pump engineering development.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Building and solving the oil film mathematical model of the slipper pair.Comprehensive consideration the hydrostatic support,extrusion effect and dynamic pressure effect of the oil film,using three points to determine a plane principle,three-dimensional liquid continuity equation and Navier-Stokes equation to build the thickness model and pressure model of the slipper pair,under the premise of force balance and moment balance in the slipper pair,solving pressure distribution and oil film thickness of the slipper pair by MATLAB software.(2)The factors affect the slipper pair oil film pressure and oil film thickness variation law are analyzed by the control variable method.It is found that there are many factors affecting the slipper pair oil film pressure,and the change of the factors will change the oil film overall pressure distribution;the oil film thickness and tilting degree reduce,when the working pressure rises;as the pump speed increases,the oil film thickness and tilting degree increase.(3)Analyzing the influence of slipper fluid-structure interaction on the slipper pair lubrication characteristics and optimizing the slipper structure in terms of lubrication characteristics.It is found that slipper fluid-structure interaction reduces the slipper pair oil film friction loss power,increases the oil film leakage loss power,reduces the total oil film loss power,improves slipper lubrication characteristics;the slipper damping hole length-diameter ratio and the slipper sealing belt radius ratio have a great influence on the slipper pair lubrication condition.Comprehensive consideration the loss power and leakage condition of the slipper pair,the slipper structural parameters are optimized to make the slipper design more reasonable.
