| Power quality is one of the important indicators of power products,power quality is not only of great significance to the safe and economic operation of the power grid,and its quality directly affects whether the user equipment can work normally,so it is imperative to monitor the power quality in real time,and the research on power quality monitoring equipment is also crucial.This design first proposes the overall design scheme of the power monitoring system with STM32F103 as the main control chip according to the development conditions at home and abroad.The methods of monitoring and comprehensive evaluation of power steady.state indicators are discussed.The accuracy of the interpolated frequency measurement method is mainly verified through simulation,and the accuracy of frequency measurement is improved.At the same time,Labview is used to simulate wavelet noise reduction,and db4,db6,db8,sym4,sym6,sym8 are selected to decompose the signals of 4 layers,6 layers and 8 layers,and the results show that the db8 wavelet function is the most suitable for the denoising effect of the electrical energy signal,which reduces the harmonic content of the system monitoring signal,laying a solid foundation for the follow.up research work.Secondly,the main hardware circuit design of the system was completed,focusing on the analysis and construction of the signal processing circuit board,which avoided the waveform distortion of the system sampled signal.At the same time,the program design of the system data acquisition,data processing and data transmission module is realized,focusing on the correlation between each index and the operation state of the power through the gray cluster synthesis method,overcoming the defects of the traditional monitoring indicators and increasing the reliability of the power monitoring system.Third,the interface operating system is optimized,which is convenient for users to monitor the power situation in real time,and the work efficiency of the monitoring system is improved to a certain extent.Finally,through the comparison and calibration with the standard PX5 energy detector,the feasibility of transmitting power steady.state data in real time is verified,and the requirements of various monitoring indicators are met. |
