At present,bridge crane has been an indispensable important mechanical products in the world’s basic production and construction,complete the lifting,handling,lifting and personnel transportation of all kinds of materials in the transportation construction and manufacturing process,greatly reduce the intensity of human physical labor,but also greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency,As the most important bearing component,the heavy-duty box girder often occupies the largest volume,quality and manufacturing cost of the crane.Nowadays,due to the progress of mechanical technology and the rapid development of logistics and handling,many engineers are studying the optimization method of bridge crane structure,its purpose is to design a more reasonable,material saving and stronger performance of the crane.Bridge cranes generally exist in the global structure of the structure is not optimized to lead to their own weight is too large defects,which makes the development direction of the bridge crane mainly for the overall structure optimization,and the main beam for the main support structure,which shows that the optimization of the main beam structure is the main goal of the bridge crane structure optimization.Most of the traditional structural optimization is improved in a single optimization method,and the global optimization method of bridge crane girder studied in this paper overcomes the problem of single structural optimization method,using topology optimization and then the shape and size optimization,three kinds of optimization in turn.Topology optimization is to solve the problem of material distribution under the optimal performance of the main beam,to provide the structural prototype of the main beam,shape and size optimization is to ensure that the structure can be manufactured under optimal quality and solve the problem of aesthetic design.The global optimization of crane in this paper has a pioneering significance in the field of crane structure optimization.Aiming at the global optimization of bridge crane girder,this paper firstly discusses the research status of topology optimization,shape optimization and size optimization.After that,the basic theory of global optimization method,optimization solution method and structural optimization processing technology are introduced successively.Then build the 300t-28 m finite element simulation model of bridge crane.the bridge crane load combination of specific research,according to the requirements of the bridge crane design specification,the applied load and constraints,and systematic analysis of the various load combination condition down bridge crane girder structure strength,stiffness and stability.After using global optimization method,this paper mentioned on the girder web topology optimization,it is concluded that the tao is used in the main web hole form of material distribution,deputy take the form of material distribution girder web,secondly using the shape and size optimization of the web plate hole with vice web truss is optimized,finally obtained a new kind of bridge crane girders.Through the analysis of its mechanical properties in strength,stiffness and buckling stability,it is determined that it meets the crane design specifications.Then for 125t-22 m and 32t-16.3m bridge cranes with similar structures and different tonnage span,the global optimization method of this paper is used to design the new main beam.By comparing the mechanical properties of the new main beam and the traditional main beam,the advantages of the new main beam in terms of quality and mechanics are obtained.It is proved that the global optimization method is universal and correct.Finally,the global optimization software is designed and compiled to realize the global optimization and finite element analysis of the new type of bridge crane.The software can improve the optimization design efficiency of new type bridge crane,and is suitable for the structural analysis and optimization of the same type of box girder bridge crane.In this paper,a global optimization method for bridge crane is proposed,which can reduce the dead weight of main girder and make the main girder material of bridge crane used to the utmost.This research method has innovative significance in the field of structural optimization.For the design of a series of models,it provides an example support for the structural optimization of similar type of bridge crane.The development of global optimization software for bridge crane is of great significance to promote the green,energy saving and intelligent development of crane structure...
