| The evaluation of scenic resources is the basic work of scenic area planning,and also an important basis for the protection and planning of scenic resources.Due to its unique type of scenic resources,Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic Spot has been successively rated as a national AAAA tourist attraction,a national geological park,a provincial forest park,and a national water conservancy scenic spot.Different listing has triggered a multi-standard evaluation system of scenic resources.A single evaluation system cannot fully recognize and protect the scenic resources in the research area.Therefore,this study is based on the theories and research methods of landscape architecture,ecology and geography,applies remote sensing and landscape resources evaluation methods to carry out research on the current situation of scenic resources,construction of evaluation system,protection and other issues in the scenic spots of the Yellow River in Zhengzhou,and constructs a unified evaluation system of scenic resources from the quality of scenic resources,ecological value,and development conditions,comprehensively evaluates the spatial status of scenic resources in the study area and proposes protection strategies,It provides reference for its high-quality development and scenic resources protection.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Innovatively constructed the evaluation standard of landscape resources in the research area.Through data collection and field research,based on the scenic resources evaluation system,tourism resource evaluation system,water conservancy landscape resources evaluation system,forest landscape resources evaluation system and geological relics resource evaluation system related to the listing of the Yellow River Scenic Area in Zhengzhou,the similarities and differences were analyzed from four aspects: landscape resource classification,research content,evaluation method,and evaluation grading to unify the evaluation system,and the evaluation content of scenic resources in the research area was mainly concentrated in three aspects: scenic source quality,ecological value and infrastructure.(2)The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the evaluation system of scenic resources in Zhengzhou Yellow River scenic spots.Based on the relevant multi-standard evaluation system of scenic resources in the study area,it passes through three comprehensive levels of scenic source quality,ecological value and development conditions;The quality of natural scenery,cultural scenery,natural conditions,human activities,traffic conditions and infrastructure are six project levels;The scenic resources evaluation system of Zhengzhou Yellow River Scenic Spot is constructed by 21 factor layers,including beauty,oddity,integrity,diversity,cultural value,scientific value,historical value,educational value,aesthetic value,slope direction,slope,elevation,water buffer zone,vegetation coverage,land use status,population density,traffic convenience,vehicle parking points,service supporting facilities,environmental sanitation facilities,water supply and drainage engineering facilities.(3)The scenic resources of the Yellow River Scenic Area in Zhengzhou were evaluated by GIS spatial analysis.The study divided the evaluation results into five grades from high to low: the very good area was 2.82km2,accounting for about11.2%;Good is 5.526 km2,accounting for about 22%;The best was 6.859 km2,accounting for about 27.3%;Generally 6.871km2,accounting for about 27.3%;Poor is 3.054 km2,accounting for about 12.2%.It was concluded that the proportion of good and general evaluation of landscape resources in the study area was 54.6%,and the proportion of good areas was at least 11.2%,and the overall development status of landscape resources was uneven,showing that the north and south were better than the east and west.(4)According to the comprehensive evaluation results of the scenic resources of the Yellow River scenic spots in Zhengzhou,the corresponding protection strategies are proposed.As a strictly protected area,"very good area" is prohibited from all development activities;The "good area" should adhere to the principle of protection,which is not suitable for large-scale construction activities;"Better areas" should adhere to the principle of giving priority to protection and supplemented by development;"General area" should pay attention to controlling the tourist capacity;The "bad area" shall be properly constructed according to the terrain and relevant planning requirements. |
