| With the progress of science and the need of digital transformation,the construction industry,especially the urban rail transit industry,is facing significant development opportunities and challenges.As one of the main development directions of new infrastructure,urban rail transit is also facing great difficulties in digital transformation.Because urban rail transit has the characteristics of huge engineering volume,many professional types of work involved,high human and material costs,and long construction period,rail transit management enterprises are facing huge information management difficulties.Therefore,under the background of the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the expansion of the impact of digitalization on the industry,it is urgent to have a tool that can unify information management for multiple stages,multiple disciplines and multiple units.In this case,the rail transit BIM construction management platform came into being.The rail transit BIM construction management platform is an exploration of information management in the traditional infrastructure industry.Through RFID,Io T and other technologies,combined with BIM technology and big data,the originally isolated information is collected,stored,sorted,analyzed and shared to achieve the digital information management of rail transit.Through the excellent information integration ability and visual display ability of BIM technology,the analyzed information is displayed as a model,so as to facilitate user management and browsing.For the current rail transit construction projects,the information management still uses the traditional mode,and the offline form management process is widespread,and the problems such as large amount of information,long process and large professional span cannot be well solved.BIM technology is an effective supplement to the information management of rail transit.BIM model can digitize the site,clarify the information source and accurately convey the solutions,so as to fully combine the site management and information management and complete the Take line 18 of XX City as an example construction of the generalized information resource management system.In addition,in recent years,China has issued many policy support for BIM technology and smart urban rail,from encouraging to forcing the requirement of new infrastructure projects such as rail transit to use BIM technology,which also makes BIM-based information management system become the key development direction of urban rail transit in the future.In China,new terms such as Huawei,Ali and Baidu propose corresponding solutions,and emerging terms such as smart transportation and smart city rail gradually appear in the public view.Although there have been many information management systems for rail transit in China,the combination with the project itself is poor,the project information management process has not been well solved,and it is still impossible to deal with the actual problems on site.This thesis takes the BIM construction management information system of Line 18 project in XX city as an example to optimize the information management process.Based on the actual situation of the project and the pain points of rail transit information management,a more suitable on-site information management process is designed using the BIM construction management platform.This article first introduces the background and current situation of information management in rail transit.Afterwards,the current mode of information management process for Line 18 project in XX city was introduced.Afterwards,based on the actual case study,focusing on the existing information management issues and pain points of the project,a key analysis was conducted in progress,quality,safety,cost,and asset information management.Combined with the application of the BIM construction management platform as a tool product,a set of process optimization plans was designed.Afterwards,the results of process optimization will be verified through on-site usage.Although this case platform is only a pilot project and has not yet been promoted,the process design ideas can be reused.Finally,propose improvement points for information management in the rail transit industry and provide future prospects for rail transit management enterprises.With the research idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,this thesis studies the information management problem of BIM urban rail transit,analyzes the information management problems during the project construction period and puts forward effective solutions by using MBA related theories and combining the actual cases,and explores the information system construction ideas applicable to urban rail transit and It can be used for reference in the research of industry information management. |
