At present,the mature and perfect in-orbit space trusses are mostly folding exhibition institutions,which are relatively small and have low volume utilization rate.Moreover,the envelope size of the space truss of the folding exhibition type is limited by the space of the carrier vehicle,which is impossible to complete large-scale space activities.Due to the limitation of ground space transportation capacity and cost,the traditional local manufacturing technology can no longer meet the requirements of large,high performance and complex structural parts in space applications.Therefore,the advantage of building space truss in orbit is obvious: it can not only reduce the launch volume,but also extend the total length to further places,thus improving the space utilization and reducing the launch cost;in addition,it can transport raw materials several times,overcoming the limitations of rocket carrying space.This topic focuses on the principle of integrated three prism truss and the optimization method of three prism truss.The configuration and construction method of the three prism truss are analyzed.The web structure of three prism truss which can be constructed continuously is selected.In view of the different molding schemes of prism truss,the final scheme of integrated molding of prism truss is discussed by classification,which lays the foundation for the following optimization of truss structure.In order to meet the requirement of the truss stiffness strength,through finite element analysis.Through the simulation method of ANSYS,the effect of the aspect ratio and winding angle of the truss are investigated,and the influence of the chord section shape on the stiffness is investigated.At the same time,the optimal scheme of truss integration is obtained,and the service life can be improved by improving its mechanical properties.For the integration of three prism truss molding building device,adopted a variety of technical means,including the strip extrusion tensile winding molding technology,combined with machine motion parameters,truss junction parameters,accurate simulation,after many testing,determine the best molding method,compare the advantages of different schemes,finally chose the carbon fiber strip extrusion tensile winding forming way,and through the pressing roller implements different chord section control,improve the winding speed and structural stability.
