Research On Landscape Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Ji’nan JiangJun Temple Historical And Cultural Block

Historical and Cultural Blocks are the living fossils of a city’s history.They are rich in preserved cultural relics,concentrated in historical buildings,and have a certain scale,which can more completely and truly reflect the traditional pattern and historical style of a city in a certain historical period,and are precious material and cultural heritage of the city.As one of the three major provincial Historical and Cultural Blocks in Ji’nan City,Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block has the characteristics of high authenticity of historical style,typical traditional residence and religious functions.Meanwhile,under the influence of rapid urban development and construction in recent years,problems such as disorderly public space,uncoordinated historical style,poor landscape quality and weak tourist attraction have appeared.In recent years,with the national level ‘Notice on Preventing Large-scale demolition and construction in the Implementation of Urban Renewal Action’ and ‘Opinions on Strengthening Historical and Cultural Protection and Inheritance in Urban and Rural Construction’ and other guiding documents,Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block is also in a new round of protection of historical and cultural cities and organic renewal of urban stock space.Ushered in a new historical opportunity for the comprehensive optimization of landscape environment.Taking Ji ’nan Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block as the main research object,this paper first sorted out and discriminated the relevant concepts of Historical and Cultural Block,its development history at home and abroad,as well as its main resources and values,and determined the landscape evaluation based on semantic difference analysis.Secondly,the paper analyzes four Historical and Cultural Blocks similar to Ji’nan Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block in China: Nanjing Laomendong,Beijing Shichahai,Fuzhou Sanfang-Qixiang and Ji’nan Furong Street-Baihuazhou,explores the main means of landscape upgrading and transformation,and summarizes their experience and reference significance.Based on the literature research and field research of Ji ’nan Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block,the paper makes a detailed review of its location environment,historical evolution,upper planning,spatial pattern,historical and cultural resources,and population composition.In the evaluation research part of this paper,based on field investigation and literature review of landscape evaluation of Historical and Cultural Blocks,the composition and relationship of landscape value elements of Historical and Cultural Blocks are analyzed.On this basis,24 evaluation indicators and adjective pairs are selected to construct a landscape evaluation index system of Historical and Cultural Blocks based on semantic difference analysis method,and it is applied to Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block.Descriptive statistical analysis is made on the characteristics of sample population and utilization behavior.Through the exploratory factor analysis,the potential influencing factors of the landscape evaluation of the historical and cultural district of Jiangjun Temple are analyzed.According to their influencing degree,they are ‘Plant landscape and Play Facilities’,‘Historical and Cultural Characteristics’,‘Street Environment Characteristics’ and ‘Functional Convenience’.To explore the impact of service management and landscape environment on the landscape evaluation of the sample population in the historical and cultural district of Jiangjun Temple.It is found that six factors,including ‘Plant Landscape and Play Facilities’,‘Historical and Cultural Characteristics’,‘Street Landscape Characteristics’,‘Functional Convenience’,‘Service Level and Tour Management’,‘Historical Feature Protection and Management’,are positively correlated with the sample population’s re-visit intention and landscape evaluation.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that,The two factors of ‘Historical and Cultural Characteristics’ and ‘Plant Landscape and Play Facilities’ can significantly and positively predict the sample population’s recommendation intention to Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block,which indicates the importance of historical features and plant greening for the landscape evaluation of Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block,and is also an important direction for landscape transformation and optimization of Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block.Based on the factor analysis and regression analysis results of the landscape evaluation of Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block,as well as the analysis of the current situation of the block,the paper puts forward the objectives of the landscape optimization of Jiangjun Temple Historical and Cultural Block,including the realization of the value of the block in culture,art,society,ecology and economy.The landscape optimization strategy is summarized from the overall layout,architectural style,street space,landscape greening and commercial format,and applied to the upgrading design of Lingguan Temple,Guangfu Spring,Shoufolouhou Street,Gaodusi Lane,West City Wall Relic,the North Side of Tibitang.
