| In the research of motor,the key point is how to control the motor accurately and effectively.With the development of power electronics technology and speed control theory becoming more and more advanced,the control mode of permanent magnet synchronous motor is constantly improving and optimizing.Direct torque control,vector control and constant voltage-frequency ratio control are common control methods.Vector control mode can show superior control performance in the transmission control system of low-speed trains,and direct torque control mode that can better control the magnitude of electromagnetic torque when trains are running at high speed.At the same time,the development of AC speed regulation technology also provides theoretical support for showing more and better control strategies,and it is more possible to be served by permanent magnet synchronous motors in transportation,aviation,agriculture and other fields.This paper aims to study the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on fuzzy control theory,and its influence on the dynamic performance of control system,so as to provide corresponding reference and theoretical basis for practical application.Firstly,the development background of permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced.the current situation of AC speed regulation system is studied,the research purpose and main contents of this paper are put forward,and the structure and working principle are expounded.Secondly,the voltage-related equation and flux-related equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed,and the mathematical model is simplified after coordinate transformation.The strategic principle of direct torque control and vector control for permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.The simulation models of direct torque control and vector control are built separately,and the simulation results are analyzed.The effects of the two control strategies on system torque and speed are compared.Fuzzy control and PI control are combined,and fuzzy PI controller is established.Finally,the fuzzy control theory is combined with the traditional direct torque control,and the simulation model of the control system is established.The simulation results show that the DTC control method based on fuzzy control theory is verified,and the torque ripple caused by sudden load change is improved to the greatest extent,which makes the control system obtain excellent control performance. |
