With the progress of science and technology,weaponry gradually develop towards the direction of high precision,information and systematization,producing a large number of technical data,and putting forward higher requirements for equipment operation and support.As a product of the information age,the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)has been widely used in the military field and has become an indispensable supporting system software for military training and equipment management.The research and application of IETM system in China mainly focus on the technology development of PC side and lack research on interface design of tablet side.At the same time,the research on IETM system from the perspective of user experience and interface design is relatively few,existing the problems that the design lags behind and does not match the user needs.This article takes he WEAPONRY IETM on tablet as the research object,and constructs the interaction model between the user and the electronic information system from the perspective of human-computer interaction theory and psychological model theory.Through user demand research and experimental research,design strategies are drawn to improve the user experience of IETM and improve user learning and operating efficiency.First of all,this paper sorts out the formation and construction method of mental model through the desktop research method,analyzes the interface characteristics of IETM on tablet in detail from the perspective of five elements of user experience,and obtains five levels of IETM interactive interface.By matching user mental model with IETM interface design elements,the design process of WEAPONRY IETM based on mental model theory is proposed to guide subsequent research.Secondly,the initial needs of the target users are obtained by analyzing the target user group characteristics,user target tasks,user interface information content and user cognitive characteristics of IETM.Combining ergonomics,cognitive psychology and interactive interface design theories,the IETM user demand model of weapons equipment is constructed from four aspects: functional specification,information content,information display and touch operation.The effects of different design elements on user visual search efficiency are studied through quantitative analysis of eye movement search experiment,and the matching construction of mental model is completed.Finally,based on the results of user research and experimental research,this paper proposes the design strategy of WEAPONRY IETM interactive interface from scope layer,structure and frame layer and presentation layer,and applies it to design practice.Through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the interactive interface is evaluated,and the final design plan is obtained.At the same time,it verifies the scientific and feasibility of IETM design strategy for weapon equipment.In this paper,through theoretical and experimental research methods,the system is established for weapons and equipment of interactive electronic manual design evaluation methods,and through the design example verification,the results show that this method can effectively guide and help the target user groups are more accurate and efficient use of interactive electronic manual,improve operating efficiency of the user,It has enlightening effect on the process specification and design innovation of the design and development of interactive electronic manual of weapons and equipment.
