With the increasing number of large commercial complexes,the problems of large space,complex structure and large amount of information are becoming more and more obvious.For more diversified store types,different stores need to present different information to customers,and different users want to know different information.The current shopping guide system is limited by the blocking of carrier equipment form and information channel,and is limited in information transmission and user attraction.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a shopping guide system relying on intelligent terminals,open up various information channels in the business complex,and display shopping and consumption related information in more detail,so as to meet the two-way needs of businesses to disseminate information and customers to obtain information.Based on the above background,this paper chooses the research of attention capture theory as the theoretical starting point,and takes the problems of low information transmission efficiency and insufficient attraction to customers in the commercial complex as the design starting point to guide the design and research of the intelligent shopping guide interactive interface of the commercial complex.Based on the attention capture theory,this paper understands the consumption decision-making preferences and shopping habits of young and middle-aged consumer groups through literature review and user research,and summarizes a representative user model.Guided by the model,this paper summarizes and integrates the collected user expectations and needs to form the main information architecture of the product.Sort out the product architecture and extract important design elements.According to the characteristics of different design elements,the corresponding experimental research is carried out,so as to obtain the law of attention capture intensity of different characteristics of design elements.Based on the analysis of attention capture intensity of user model and design elements,it is concluded that large screen and mobile phone terminals can improve the efficiency of publicity and information transmission in the business complex and the interactive interface design principle of user attraction in the scope layer,structure layer,frame layer and performance layer.Finally,under the guidance of this principle,the author carries out the interactive design of multi terminal commercial complex intelligent shopping guide system.And test the usability of the design results to verify the feasibility of the design principles.
