Abstract/Summary:
Plate parts are a common part in the machinery field,and with the continuous development and technological progress of the manufacturing industry,the demand and variety of plate parts are increasing,which makes the competition between manufacturing companies become more and more intense.In the above context,how to shorten the production cycle of sheet-type parts has become a key factor for manufacturing companies to stand out in the competition.Quotation of sheet-type parts is a key part of the shortened production cycle,in which the traditional manual quotation relies too much on mature quotation experience,and the whole process is time-consuming and labor-intensive to ensure the accuracy of the quotation,while another way based on the secondary development of commercial 3D software has greater restrictions on enterprises due to copyright issues.In response to the above problems,this topic develops a quotation system for plate parts based on machining features based on the analysis of.STEP neutral files based on the open source geometry engine Python OCC.The details of this paper are as follows:(1)In response to the actual needs of enterprises,we analyzed the requirements of the plate parts quotation system,built the system architecture,and determined the overall scheme of the plate parts quotation system.(2)The recognition of machining features of plate parts was studied.Firstly,the machining features are defined and classified;secondly,the geometric topological information of the model’s.STEP neutral file is preprocessed,and the method of judging the concavity and convexity of adjacent faces’ edges in different cases is discussed;then,multiple types of transition features are analyzed,and the method of identifying transition features according to the classification judgment and rules is proposed;finally,the attribute adjacency graph of the model and its The adjacency matrix is proposed,and the adjacency matrix is decomposed by using the boundary relationship and concavity relationship to obtain the minimum adjacency matrix of meta-features,and the accurate identification of processing features matched with the feature library is realized,and the step features and other features are obtained according to the judgment of predefined rules.(3)The calculation of quotation for plate parts is studied.On the basis of defining the quotation model for plate parts and analyzing the main factors affecting the quotation,the material cost is determined by calculating the blank size using the minimum enclosing box technique for the key information of material cost and machining cost;the machining strategy is obtained by building a feature process library and matching the machining features with the feature process library,and the machining time calculation method based on the machining features is analyzed in depth using this key point The machining cost was determined.(4)A quotation system for plate parts based on machining features is developed.Based on the above key technology research,the main functions such as model reading and writing,machining feature recognition and plate part quotation are realized with Python OCC as the geometry engine,Py Qt5 for interface development and SQL Server as the database.And the effectiveness of the system is verified with specific examples.
