| The internal ballistic performance of the barrel weapon is one of the important indicators of its advancement. The combustion performance of gun propellants in the gun bore is the key to determining the internal ballistic performance. This paper focuses on improving the calculation accuracy of the prediction of the ballistic performance of barrel weapons and the analysis of the combustion performance in the gun bore. The main work and conclusions are as follows:Based on the traditional classic interior ballistic model, the traditional exponential burning rate equation is substituted by the pressure-burning rate(u-p)correspondence value obtained from the closed vessel test,in order to characterize the combustion characteristics of the gun propellent more accurately and improve the prediction accuracy of the interior ballistic performance. At the same time,a modified projectile charge internal ballistic performance prediction model was established. This method is more suitable for some complex structured charges, such as coated mixed charges, which are difficult to use mathematical expressions to accurately reflect the combustion performance of the charges.Weapons with calibers of 7.62 mm,8.6 mm,14.5 mm,and 30 mm were used as typical verification objects. The relevant interior ballistic parameters were calculated and compared with the calculation results of ballistic tests and traditional methods. The results show that the initial velocity and maximum pressure calculated by the modified method in this paper are generally closer to the experimental values than the traditional method, which shows the feasibility of this method.According to the measured p-t curve and projectile muzzle velocity value in the weapon shooting process, based on the classic interior ballistic model, the dynamic combustion performance analysis method of the gun propellent during the launch process is established. The u-p,p-l,ψ-p and dp/dt-p curves of the gun propellent burning in the bore are calculated. The combustion law of the whole process in the gun bore of different calibers and charges was analyzed, and the results obtained by the closed vessel were compared. The results show that the burning rate of the gun propellent in the gun bore is larger than the constant volume burning rate measured by the closed vessel within the test pressure range.Different types of gun propellants have different combustion conditions in different types of barrel weapons,The reasons for the difference are explained with the knowledge of interior ballistics. The research results of the thesis have certain reference value for the prediction of the internal ballistic performance of barrel weapons, the research of the dynamic combustion performance of the gun propellent charge, and the design of the trajectory and structure of the gun propellent charge. |
