With the engineering application of laser gyro entering its 20 th year,the domestic annual demand is more than 10000.It is widely used in nearly 100 types of navigation systems in aviation,aerospace,navigation,weapons and other fields.The accuracy,reliability and environmental adaptability of inertial system play a vital role in the success of the whole mission.How to ensure the reliability and guidance accuracy of rocket launch and flight,and improve the reliability of inertial measurement system is one of the key factors.According to the model requirements and overall design objectives,the structure optimization of inertial system instruments and the whole machine is completed,a heat dissipation measure of installing insulating heat conduction pad is proposed,and the verification test of the optimization effect of shock absorber and heat dissipation design is carried out,which effectively solves the problems of uneven heat distribution and degradation of heat dissipation performance caused by the improvement of reliability.The design idea of high sealing,high reliable connection and ultra clean and nondestructive treatment of the instrument is realized.Finally,the preliminary test and reliability growth test are carried out for the products with improved reliability,and the cumulative power on time reaches the expected effect.The comparison between the test results and the results before improvement shows that the products have normal function,good performance and meet the requirements of model indicators. |
