| As the new urbanization process entering a new stage,the value orientation of urban design has changed from “scale and speed” to “quality and quality”,and the development of digital technology has brought the instrumental rationality of urban design to a historic height.Therefore,the urban designing has entered the fourth generation of "digital urban design paradigm".Under this paradigm,how to integrate digital technology methods,carry out innovative cognition and thinking on full-scale urban space,and carry out digital design and conduction control of human-computer interaction for multiple systems in urban space,so as to improve the implementation of the design,practicality has become an important topic in urban design research and practice.The construction of urban new districts is an important means of high-quality urbanization after China’s further expansion and opening up,as well as an external window of the city.The research on spatial form design and construction control in the planning and design of the new district are also crucial.The urban height form is an important part of the urban material space form,and has structural significance in shaping the urban style and image.Therefore,this element is also an important focus of urban planning and control.In the process of rapid urbanization in China for decades,the development of height forms in many cities tends to be disorderly.Facing the era background of the coexistence of difficulties,challenges and opportunities in the construction of new urban areas,the "high form of urban new district" was considered as the main research object,and the structural pattern as the starting point,the intelligent generative design of human-computer interaction as the goal,and a variety of intelligent technologies were integrated and the technology route of intelligent generation of height form in urban new district was constructed based on the human-computer interaction and structural pattern.Firstly,the connotation,theory and practice of Urban Structural Pattern,Urban Height Form and Intelligent Generative Design was summarized through literature and case studies,and further the structural strategy and process strategy,designer logic and computer logic in intelligent generation design,as well as the key role of human values in design and the structural role of structural mode in shaping urban height form were discriminated.Then the design concept of spatial zoning was determined,as well as the modular height form generation route of human-computer interaction.Then,starting from the “structural pattern”,the structural elements urban height form are studied and judged from both theories and practices,and with deduction and induction,six structural patterns of urban height form was determined.On the basis of the structural model,the key height area and the general height area are divided through the construction potential index,and then the height generation of different areas is realized through the technologies such as database-based decision-maker and KNN algorithm.The height shape of the plot is guided through multiple indicators such as maximum height and average height.And through the calculation and comparison of the quantitative indicators of the overall development and construction of the scheme and the social and economic benefit indicators,the optimization and output of multiple schemes are realized.Next,choosing Wuxi Xiyan Lake Ecological Science and Technology New Distrct Urban Designing as the practice base,and carry out hheight form intelligent generative design and urban design experiments.The experimental results show that there are obvious differences and strong identifiability among the height shape schemes of new urban areas guided by different structural modes.The height shape schemes under different human-computer interaction goals can basically meet the expected height shape distribution goals.The system can generate a large number of height form schemes with various structural style in a short time,which has important practical significance for inspiring designers’ thinking,reducing mechanical labor,and assisting urban design.Then,the principles,technical methods,achievements and problems of three different generation strategies: matching generation,revision generation and decision generation were summarized and reflected.Finally,the full paper was summarized.And the exploratory significance of this paper in theory,technology and practice was pointed out,as well as some innovations in research perspective,generation method and generation results.Some deficiencies and possible improvement methods of the current technical method routes in terms of influencing factors,structural patterns,databases and decision makers were summarized,as well as research prospects for the enrichment of decision matrices and granularity refinement of high morphogenesis in urban new districts. |
