Research On The Overall Renewal Design Of The Historic District Of Boshan Guyao Village In Zibo From A Regional Perspective

China’s kiln culture is a widely existing production culture that presents a diverse state due to different regions,times and production types.As "China’s four major pottery capitals" Zibo,its ancient kiln village in Boshan District witnessd the rise and fall of the traditional ceramic industry.The ancient kilns and related industrial relics in the village have withdrawn from the historical stage after undergoing industrial transformation.Coupled with the rapid urbanization and the continuous relocation of residents,the village quickly decayed and became a piece of inefficient land in the city.As China’s urban renewal has entered a new stage of development,the government begin to pay attention to these buildings with regional characteristics and renovate them as a whole to increase the vitality of the city.The transformation of Guyao Village into a commercial tourism-type historical district is undoubtedly a correct way out in the predicament of decline.How to continue the regional characteristics of the original block in the overall renewal and retain the nostalgia is also a problem that needs to be considered.This paper first analyzes the origin of the regional characteristics of Boshan ancient kiln village from two aspects of nature and humanities,and analyzes the regional characteristics of Boshan ancient kiln village through investigation.Then,through a certain abstraction of the regional characteristics,some regional vocabulary is extracted,and some relevant cases are combined to summarize some strategies for the continuation of regional characteristics in the overall renewal of Boshan Guyao Village Historic District.Finally,taking the start-up area of Area A of Yanshen Ancient Town in Boshan as an example,the application method of the corresponding regional continuation strategy is explained from four aspects: architectural layout,single design,detailed design and landscape design.The full text is about 70,000 words in total,and systematically studies the strategies for the overall renewal of ancient kiln villages from the perspective of regional continuity.The purpose is to reactivate the vitality of the ancient kiln village and solve the current contradiction between the old and new urban architectural styles.It provides a corresponding reference for the performance of regional characteristics in urban design and architectural design around the ancient kiln village and other areas in Boshan,inheriting the ancient kiln culture and continuing the regional characteristics.In addition,it also provides strategic and technical support for the transformation of ancient kiln villages or industrial production villages and blocks with regional characteristics in other regions.
