Compared with the traditional central air conditioning system,regional energy station mode can reduce the total installed capacity,the architectural space utilization rate is high,the system of high efficiency and low requirements for operation and maintenance low-cost advantage,can realize the rivers and lakes,sewage and other large-scale utilization of renewable energy,but also lead to energy station number and size is limited by geographical conditions and resources endowment,distribution is not flexible.Heat source tower heat pump can be both efficient refrigeration and heating,with air as a renewable heat sink and heat source,has universal applicability and flexibility of not limited by geographical conditions.Therefore,the combination of heat source tower heat pump technology and energy station mode gives full play to the advantages of heat source tower heat pump and energy station mode and promotes the development of regional energy supply technology and mode.This paper puts forward an integrated heat pump energy station and focuses on the hydraulic characteristics,heat transfer characteristics,and capacity configuration optimization of the heat pump unit of the heat pump tower,which affect the comprehensive operation performance of the energy station system,to provide theoretical basis and support for the development of heat pump energy station technology.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:The concept of an integrated heat source tower heat pump energy station and the construction method of the system simulation model is put forward.The composition and advantages of the integrated heat source tower heat pump energy station are described in detail.Based on the design scheme,a BIM 3D model of the energy station is established.Aiming at the difficulty of obtaining the operation data and structural parameters of a specific unit,a modeling method for the heat pump unit based on compressor operation data and required unit performance parameters was proposed to obtain the structural parameters of the unit by designing the condenser and evaporator.Based on the mechanism modeling method to establish the integrated heat source heat pump energy tower standing in the heat source tower side distribution system,water pump,fan,tower of the theoretical model,based on the measured data and equipment factory performance data verified the accuracy of model respectively,actual physical processes in the model of the equipment for coupling finally build the integrated heat source of energy tower heat pump station system simulation model.The characteristics of an integrated heat source tower heat pump energy station system are studied.The influence law of pipe structure design,equipment layout,operating load rate,solution properties,and other factors on hydraulic characteristics of tower side of integrated heat source tower heat pump energy station is studied and obtained.The hydraulic characteristics of the inlet section of the heat source tower affecting the uniformity of overall flow distribution of the system are studied in depth.The influence of pipe diameter of the water distribution branch,the number of parallel heat source towers,and valve control on the uniformity of flow distribution in heat source towers are revealed.Finally,the corresponding design and operation optimization measures and suggestions are put forward.At the same time,the corresponding relationship between the effective heat transfer area of the heat source tower and the actual flow rate was obtained under different flow rates,and the variation law of heat transfer characteristics of heat source tower and heat source tower with the uniformity of system flow distribution was revealed.The capacity allocation optimization method of a heat pump unit in the heat source tower of an energy station is studied.The variation rule and influencing factors of high-efficiency interval of cooling and heating performance curve of heat pump units in heat source towers with different capacities are studied and revealed.An optimization method and evaluation index for capacity allocation of heat source tower heat pump units are proposed with the goal of continuous and efficient operation of heat source tower heat pump units and matching with the various characteristics of building load.On this basis,a method of operation regulation of heat pump units is proposed.Taking a hospital building in Nanjing as an example,the comprehensive operation performance of the system on a typical day in winter and summer was compared between the conventional configuration scheme and the optimized configuration scheme to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the capacity allocation optimization method.
