| Under the background of two-part price system,renewable energy has ushered in a huge development market,and the demand for energy storage is growing in the meanwhile.Because the power load of large industrial users has obvious peak valley characteristics,the energy storage system can reduce the electric charge of users by cutting peak and filling valley on the one hand,and reduce the electric charge of demand by reducing the maximum demand value of the load on the other hand,so as to realize the energy demand and cost saving of power users.Due to the photovoltaic market is relatively mature,and the photovoltaic output characteristics are similar to the characteristics of peak and valley electricity price,the energy consumption cost of power users will be further reduced after the photovoltaic is connected to the energy storage device.Based on this,this paper mainly considers establishing the configuration model merely installing energy storage system and the configuration model of energy storage system considered photovoltaic access,based on selecting power users with demand and cost saving potential through power load pattern recognition,so as to maximize the economic benefits of the optical storage system.(1)A power load pattern recognition method is proposed,and the typical daily load pattern of large users is recognized through the combination of hierarchical clustering method and improved k-means clustering algorithm.The load rate and characteristic indexes are extracted,and the energy storage devices equipped by power users with the potential of demand and cost saving are selected through example analysis;(2)The configuration model of bi-level optimization of energy storage system considering demand management.The minimum cost of energy storage device in the whole life cycle is taken as the objective function of the outer model,and the constraints of energy storage rate performance,power balance and maximum demand are considered;The inner layer model aims to maximize the daily economic benefits,considering the constraints of energy storage,state of charge,charge and discharge power,etc.The results show that the economic benefits of power users are improved after the installation of energy storage system.The results show that the peak shaving effect of lithium-ion battery is good and the cost of lead-acid battery is low;At the same time,the economic benefits of energy storage system under different electricity demand are analysed,and the necessity of saving energy demand is verified.(3)A stochastic optimal allocation model of energy storage system considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic is proposed.The probability distribution model of light intensity is studied,the photovoltaic scene is generated by random sampling of Monte Carlo simulation,and the generated photovoltaic scene is reduced by scene reduction technology.Taking the probability of each photovoltaic scenario as the weighting coefficient,an energy storage device configuration model aiming at minimizing the energy consumption cost of the optical storage combined system under the typical photovoltaic output scenario is established,considering the constraints of energy storage charge and discharge power state,maximum demand value,photovoltaic power and so on.The example results show that the energy consumption cost of the combined optical storage system is significantly reduced after photovoltaic access.By analysing the energy storage configuration results,output and state of charge,the necessity of considering photovoltaic uncertainty is verified.By comparing the energy consumption cost of optical storage system under different photovoltaic rated power and cost,suggestions are provided for the configuration of user side energy storage device considering photovoltaic access. |
