| With the continuous development of society,people’s production and life are increasingly inseparable from electricity.The frequent extreme disasters caused by climate change and other reasons are the main reason for the large-scale power outage of the power system,which poses a great hidden danger to national security and people’s happy life.At the same time,in order to further implement the "double carbon strategy",the state promotes the construction of new power system.While improving the energy structure,it also puts forward higher requirements for the anti disturbance ability,flexibility and stability of power system.This puts forward research requirements for the resilience and reliability scenario of regional distribution network and paying attention to the ability of distribution network to deal with low probability and high impact events.Firstly,this paper combs the existing definition of resilience,distinguishes the difference between distribution network resilience and reliability,summarizes the resilience improvement measures according to the distribution network resilience process,and puts forward the demand response technology as the operation measure and the intelligent soft open point(SOP)technology as the strengthening measure to be applied to the Research of distribution network resilience improvement for the first time.In addition,according to the resilience characteristics of distribution network,the quantitative resilience index R is designed,combined with“” A series of indicators are used to evaluate the resilience of distribution network.The specific work is as follows:1.Summarize and analyze the definition of system resilience,sort out the characteristics of distribution network resilience,and further subdivide it into short-term resilience and long-term resilience;Distinguish between reliability scenario and resilience scenario,and analyze the differences between them;Study the five stage resilience process of power system in short-term resilience,and summarize the corresponding resilience improvement measures,which are mainly divided into resilience operation measures and resilience strengthening measures,so as to lay the foundation for the technical measures proposed in subsequent chapters;On the basis of the definition of the key indicators of the distribution network resilience,this paper puts forward the quantitative definition of the key indicators of the distribution network resilience“”,Provide evaluation criteria for subsequent chapters.2.The model of emergency demand response participating in distribution network resilience recovery is studied,and a three-stage Island division strategy considering demand response is proposed;By participating in demand response and cooperating with dynamic Island division,the strategy can improve the resilience of distribution network and solve the problem of large output fluctuation of distributed generation at the same time;The example is verified in the improved ieee33 node system,and the resilience index is used to evaluate the improvement effect of this strategy on the resilience of distribution network.3.Based on the analysis of the basic concept,implementation principle and control mode of SOP,the resilience improvement model of distribution network with SOP is studied;The improved distflow power flow is used to solve the problem of topology change under fault,and the second-order cone relaxation is used to convert the nonconvex model into convex optimization for easy solution;The improved ieee33 node example is used to verify the advantages of SOP access over the traditional distribution network reconfiguration method;Two hand-in-hand ieee33 node distribution network examples are used to verify the improvement effect of SOP access on the resilience of distribution network,further analyze the impact of resilience target and reliability target on the example results,analyze the differences and verify the research value of distribution network resilience. |
