In recent years,the north of China has made great efforts to promote the transformation from coal to electricity and heat supply,which has achieved remarkable results in alleviating the shortage of coal resources and environmental pollution.However,new problems also appear.At present,electric heating operation and maintenance technology and energy management mode excessively rely on manual,and the level of digitalization,automation and intelligence is seriously insufficient.Due to the lack of efficient heating management technology means,heating efficiency is low and energy waste is very serious.Therefore,in order to promote efficient heating and energy saving,it is necessary to carry out digital management,automatic control and intelligent planning for electric heating system operation.In this context,this paper studies the digital automation management and intelligent energy planning of heating in beichen District of Tianjin heating project.This paper makes comprehensive use of industrial communication,Internet of Things platform and energy planning algorithm and other technologies to propose a data monitoring and energy planning system scheme based on Internet of Things,which collects,processes and analyzes the data information of equipment,environment and energy consumption in the process of electric heating.First of all,the application of industrial Modbus communication,DTU communication,PLC and other technologies to replace manual,realize the remote real-time automatic data acquisition in heating.Secondly,combined with the operation and maintenance needs of enterprises,the Internet of things platform technology is used to monitor and visualize the whole process of heating.Finally,the prediction model of heat pump heating temperature is established by neural network regression algorithm,and the prediction model of energy consumption is established by GRU neural network algorithm,which provides scientific and reliable basis and technical means for heating regulation and energy management planning.Through the comprehensive use of a variety of emerging technologies to innovate the existing heating operation and maintenance technology and management mode,to solve the current heating efficiency and energy waste serious problems.The practical application shows that the system designed in this paper has successfully replaced the manual,realized the remote real-time automatic collection and upload of equipment,environment and energy consumption data,and carried out monitoring and visual interface display through the Internet of Things platform.At the same time,the equipment data and environmental data are used to forecast and guide the heat pump heating temperature and automatically adjust the historical energy consumption data are used to forecast and analyze the energy consumption trend and generate the prediction curve.In terms of energy consumption and cost,the annual heating energy consumption is reduced by 8.57% on average,the annual average energy consumption cost is saved up to ¥50000,and the annual average total heating cost is saved over ¥80000.The overall application effect of the system is good,and it provides an efficient and feasible solution for digital automation management of electric heating and intelligent energy planning.
