In Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Networks(WRSNs),the selection of charging model has a direct influence on the energy supplement efficiency of nodes in the network and determines the stability of the network operation. The energy consumption of nodes is different with different routing protocols. Therefore, systematically analyze the energy consumption of nodes under different routing protocols in WRSNs and combine with the characteristics of wireless energy transmission to build charging models is of great significance to ensure the sustainability of node energy and the balance of network energy consumption.Based on data transmission path establishment modes, the common routing protocols are divided into message diffusion,greedy,root-node and cluster-head.In the case of no charging, the influence of routing protocols on network node energy was analyzed and the correlation between node energy consumption and routing protocols was explored. From the perspective of single charging model, the energy replenishment of network nodes under four types of routing protocols is systematically analyzed.Simulation results show that charging has a significant effect on prolonging the lifetime of networks and slowing down the death number of nodes. The one-to-one charging model has a good energy replenishment effect on the key nodes with fast energy consumption and a small quantity in the network. The one-to-many charging model is suitable for energy replenishment of common nodes with dense distribution and large number in the network.Based on the energy consumption characteristics of network nodes under four types of routing protocols and combined with advantages of one-to-one charging model and one-to-many charging model, the hybrid charging model of network nodes was constructed systematically and comprehensively. In routing protocols based on message diffusion and greedy,one-hop nodes need to continuously transmit a large amount of data to the base station, which are key nodes in the network.Therefore,one-to-one charging model is adopted for one-hop nodes and one-to-many charging model is adopted for other nodes.Based on the routing protocol of root-node,rootnodes in the network undertake the task of collecting and forwarding the data of other nodes. As key nodes in the network, the one-to-one charging model is adopted for such nodes, while the one-to-many charging model is adopted for other nodes. In routing protocol networks based on cluster-head,cluster-heads undertake data forwarding.Energy consumption of nodes is related to transmission distance,so the network is firstly divided into some areas according to the maximum transmission distance and then divided areas by the average distance between nodes in the region and the base station.One-to-one charging model is adopted for areas with greater than the average distance in each region and one-to-many charging model is adopted for areas with less than the average distance. The influence of hybrid charging network models on network performance is analyzed from three aspects: network lifetime, node survival number and residual energy.Simulation results show that compared with single charging models, hybrid charging models prolong networks and nodes lifetime and balance the energy consumption of nodes in networks.
