| The floating crane,also known as the crane vessel,is an important Marine engineering equipment,which can be used for transportation,salvage,bridge construction and installation and disassembly of all kinds of Marine engineering equipment.Because of the special nature of the offshore lifting operation,the safety of lifting is the key issue to be considered.However,the current operation of floating crane is very dependent on the experience of the captain.In the design stage of floating crane,the class rules does not demand for wave motion response of floating crane,so the operation of floating crane lacks theoretical basis,and the safety risk is relatively high.This paper investigates the motion of mooring floating crane under wind and waves.The research stablish the equation of ship motion,and use the numerical method to simulate ship motion from both frequency and time domain,to obtain the ship motion response of corresponding wave parameters,and make the short-term wave load prediction.The results show that there is a large surge displacement under the coming wave and following wave.A large sway displacement occurred under the transverse wave.However,the overall response amplitude of the hull is not large in diagonal wave.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the mooring system was designed and optimized,the actual floating crane motion and theoretical prediction were compared,and the accuracy of theoretical calculation method was verified. |
