With the vigorous development of the inland waterway industry and the favorable policies of the Ministry of Transport,the number and loading of inland waterway vessels has shown an upward trend year by year.The continuous increase in traffic volume has put forward higher requirements for navigation speed and efficiency,so more stringent standards have been put forward for the environmental adaptability and configuration lightness of the navigable ship’s draft detection system.At present,the installation frame of the 3D dynamic draft detection system has the disadvantages of complex structure and heavy weight.Aiming at this problem,an L-shaped light installation frame installation plan was designed.However,the plan will appear due to the incomplete detection of the bottom of the ship by the draft detection system during the navigation process.Incomplete data.Therefore,in order to obtain a complete real-time three-dimensional display of the bottom model of the ship,reasonable data completion algorithms should be used to ensure data integrity and store it,so that the security staff can have a more intuitive grasp of the navigation status of the ship,thus ensuring the efficiency and efficiency of the navigation.reliability.Based on the three-dimensional dynamic draft data of navigable ships,this thesis deals with the abnormal wake noise data that affects draft and ship type matching,and proposes ship type matching and data complementation methods to achieve data complementation of undetected conditions at the bottom of navigable ships.Ensure the data integrity of navigable ships,and build a front-end data storage and search system.The main research contents of this article are:(1)Wake noise easily affects the accuracy of the measurement results and has randomness.Therefore,this thesis first uses the Hausdorff distance algorithm to eliminate wake noise and solves the problem of wake noise on ship shape matching and measurement results.Then compare the suppression effect with the wake noise algorithm of least squares curve fitting.The experimental results show that the Hausdorff distance algorithm has a better suppression effect on wake noise.(2)In the case of incomplete draft data of navigable ships,it is necessary to match ship characteristics and information during data completion.The algorithm matching algorithm matching is proposed for ships unidentified by AIS or newly added navigable ships bottom curvature feature segment and feature code and ICP algorithm.model.This model completes the ship type matching by extracting the position of the maximum characteristic curvature point and comparing it with the curvature characteristic segment,and setting the threshold range.The experimental results show that the matching algorithm based on the characteristic segment of the curvature of the ship’s bottom and the characteristic code combined with the ICP algorithm can ensure that the ship type matching can be completed quickly and accurately with a relatively small number of iterations.(3)Aiming at the incomplete detection of the three-dimensional bottom of the navigable ship during the process of passing through the inspection system,it is proposed to use the three-dimensional ship shape to match the ship information in the navigable ship database,and to fit the undetected surface through the curvature and known points,and then A method to realize the completion of three-dimensional data.Aiming at the excessive error in the data completion process,a partitioned data checking algorithm is proposed to compensate the error and reduce the error of the completion algorithm.(4)Designed and implemented a three-dimensional dynamic,storage and data return visit display system based on the OpenGL library.The error of the measurement result through the on-site actual ship test system is within10 cm,which meets the requirements of on-site test accuracy.
