| Due to the complex geopolitical environment of China’s border areas and its neighboring countries,and the current world situation that has not seen great changes in a century,the situation and environment of border security are more severe.In this context,in order to be well prepared for military emergencies,it has become a vital task to construct a complete transportation scheme of military materials considering the cooperation of railway and railway to safeguard national territorial sovereignty and integrity.Firstly,this article summarizes the domestic and international research status of military logistics,military material transportation,location-routing issues,etc.,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of research on the optimization of military material transportation schemes based on road-rail coordination;Secondly,it analyzes the strategic delivery and location-path issues related to the transportation of military materials on land in detail,and discusses how to use the above theories to construct and optimize the delivery plan;Thirdly,taking into account factors such as the geographic environment and the particularity of transportation vehicles,and aiming at the shortest transportation time,an optimization model of military material transportation scheme based on road-rail coordination is constructed;Then,according to the characteristics of the built model,genetic algorithm is proposed as the external framework for optimizing the choice of transportation mode and marshalling station,and the simulated annealing algorithm is used as the internal framework for optimizing the planning of transportation routes.The two form information interaction,The hybrid algorithm of internal and external linkage,and the calculation of military material transportation to Xinjiang area as an example,verifies the rationality of the model in this paper;Finally,the hybrid algorithm in this paper is compared and analyzed with genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.The results show that algorithm accuracy and stability are significantly improved,which verifies the effectiveness of this algorithm.To sum up,this paper studies the characteristics and internal laws of the military material transportation system of road rail coordination,expands the research field of military material transportation,and provides method and theoretical support for China’s joint transportation optimization research,which has certain theoretical significance and reference value. |
