| In the vessel traffic system,with the increasing of radar resolution,the target occupies multiple resolution units.However,most target tracking methods directly study the target as a point target.If the point is any resolution unit of the target’s multiple resolution units,it may affect the tracking accuracy of the target.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of accurate tracking of extended target,this thesis proposes a method of parameter enrollment and tracking based on extended target,which is mainly studied from two parts,one is parameter enrollment,the other is target tracking.The research work and results of this thesis are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of how to obtain more information in parameter enrollment of extended target,an extended target model is constructed based on the target ring method.The model effectively extracts the center of gravity of extended target and the size structure with the length of long axis and short axis as parameters.The parameters serve the follow-up target tracking and provide the basis for tracking,So as to realize the adjacent recognition and effective tracking of the target.(2)Aiming at the unreasonable problem that the traditional tracking method of new born target needs its prior assumption,a new ship new born target tracking method based on Poisson Multi-Bernoulli Mixture filter is proposed.Firstly,the parameters recorded in(1)are added to the target tracking model,and then the current measurement is obtained according to the conjugate priori property of Poisson and Multi-Bernoulli Mixture filter.This measurement can be expressed as a linear composition of Poisson process and Multi-Bernoulli Mixture process,and then the new target set and survival target set are established based on the current measurement.The generalized optimal sub-pattern assignment distance is used as the detection standard.The experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of the number and position estimation of the new ship targets.(3)The Poisson Multi-Bernoulli Mixture filter can only obtain the trajectory of the target,but not the target track.In this thesis,an initial track establishment method based on adaptive label Poisson multi Bernoulli filter is proposed.This method can add labels to the new born target and survival target adaptively on the basis of Poisson multi Bernoulli algorithm.After initialization,target prediction and update,the initial track of the new born target can be established.The experimental results show that this method can realize the initial establishment of the track,and the accuracy of the establishment is greatly improved compared with the Poisson Multi-Bernoulli Mixture filter algorithm. |
