Target correlation is the basis of multi-source information fusion,and marine navigation radar scene simulation provides an environment and test platform for target correlation.Based on the requirements of smart ships and e-navigation strategies for the integration and processing of ship’s multi-source information,this thesis has conducted an in-depth study of radar scene simulation and target correlation technology,which is of great significance to the research of testing radar performance and smart ships.Whether the dynamic data of the target navigation status can be evaluated in many aspects affects the accuracy of the radar scene simulation.In the case of a large number of targets and navigation encounters,the accuracy of target association faces a huge challenge.This article starts from the assessment of the navigation status of maritime targets and the pain points of target association.First,it analyzes the research environment required for target association.In order to achieve multi-directional,real-time and dynamic evaluation of the navigation status of maritime targets,study target motion parameters,use dead reckoning,Mercator projection and landmark positioning algorithm,establish the target dynamic data generation model,so as to carry out multi-directional simulation of the longitude and latitude,relative distance and relative azimuth of the target during the navigation process,and realize the simulation of the target navigation status in different scenarios;Analyze the relevance of the marine navigation radar target and the automatic identification system(AIS)target information,establish a target association model,and comprehensively consider factors such as the speed and heading of the target when it is sailing,and the relative distance and relative position between the targets.Using the trajectory similarity measure,a multi-dimensional Hausdorff distance algorithm is proposed,which combines the historical trajectory of the target to judge whether the radar target is related to the AIS target.Subsequently,this paper conducts a simulation analysis on the marine navigation radar scene simulation method,designs a variety of target operating scenarios in different sailing states,and verifies the accuracy of the target data dynamic generation model in multiple directions.The experimental results show that the radar scene simulation method can comprehensively evaluate the navigation state of the target,accurately simulate a variety of target motion scenes,and provide a convenient test platform for target association.Finally,this paper conducts a simulation analysis on the target association algorithm.Based on the marine navigation radar scene simulation,a navigation scene with dense and intersecting targets is designed to verify the accuracy of the target association algorithm.Experimental results show that the target association algorithm based on multi-dimensional Hausdorff distance can better solve the problems of multi-relation,mis-relation and missing-relation in the case of dense targets,and can effectively improve the multi-source information fusion effect of smart ships and promote the development of maritime electronic information industry.Digital and intelligent upgrades.
