Chinese high-speed railway construction has developed rapidly in recent years.By the end of 2021,Chinese high-speed railway’s mileage is more than 47,000 km,No.1 in the world.The rapid development of high-speed railway has gradually formed a gridding traffic pattern,which extended to all directions and changed trip mode.With the growth in the living standard and the continuous construction of transportation network,high-speed railway becomes to an important choice for passengers due to its safety,comfort and speediness under the long journey.The rise of high-speed railway affects the occupancy of civil aviation in the market of passenger transportation seriously and brings unprecedented challenges to civil aviation.In the Yunan province’s 13 th five-year plan,it required the coverage of high speed railway in the province above main cities,with the Qujing,Yuxi,Puzhehei,Chuxiong,Dali,Lijiang,Lincang,Xishuangbanna,such as high speed railway opened one after another,give great shock to A airline which based on Yunnan province,so how to survive under growing high-speed railway competition in the province and seek the new profit growth points,become the key research direction of each airline in the province.Paper based on the relevant theories of competitiveness strategy and combined the current situation and historical airline data of A airline together to carry out reserch,this paper explores the competitiveness strategy of provincial passenger routes of A airline under the competition of high-speed railway.By analyzing the route data of Kunming-Lijiang and Kunming-Lincang which have opened high-speed railways and the questionnaires of high-speed railway stations and airports to find out problems and provide strategies to enhance the competitive advantage of A airline.Main research conclusions: 1.Passengers who choose high-speed railway value time cost and convenience more,and airlines need to shorten the pre-flight time and processing time when flight changed temporarily.2.After trying to divide passengers into three categories,this paper find out the sore points of different types of passengers through questionnaires,develop corresponding differentiated products and services,and adjust the air route network layout and flight time according to different types of cities.3.How to improve the viscosity of members,tap the potential consumption ability of customers,and carry out precision marketing.4.Come up with the detailed rules of airline and high-speed railway combined transportation,cooperate with high-speed rail actively,and increase the competitiveness of airlines. |
