As the power core of new energy vehicles,the inconsistency of power batteries seriously restricts the performance of new energy vehicles.Aiming at improving the inconsistency of power batteries,this paper studies the balancing methods of power batteries.Through the analysis and research of the current balancing topology and control methods,the balancing topology and control strategy based on LC energy storage are designed,and its reliability is verified through experiments.To overcome the inconsistency of the battery cell,the ternary lithium battery is used as the balancing object,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing balancing technology,design a series battery pack balancing topology based on LC energy storage,and analyze its principle.On this basis,an integrated active balancing topology of series-parallel battery packs based on LC energy storage is designed,and the working principle is analyzed through Simulink simulation,and then reasonable main parameters are designed,and the topology is compared with the current mainstream topology to illustrate the characteristics of this topology.According to the characteristics of the proposed balancing topology,combined with the current control strategy,the improved extreme value comparison method is used as the control strategy of this paper.The feasibility of the proposed control strategy and its superiority in terms of the balancing speed are verified through simulation experiments.Finally,based on the completion of all software and hardware designs,an experimental platform is built according to the balancing system.Perform a balancing experiment with the voltage as the balancing variable for the series battery pack;and then perform a balancing experiment with SOC as a balancing variable for the series-parallel battery pack.The balancing experiment results show that the balancing method can effectively eliminate the inconsistency of the battery pack,which verifies the effectiveness of the balancing system.
