Abstract/Summary:
The light steel keel is made of galvanized steel strip or sheet rolled by a special rolling mill in a multi-pass process.Light steel keel gypsum board ceiling has the advantages of low cost,easy shape,good fire resistance,easy construction,light weight and high strength,and has been widely used in today’s architectural decoration projects.After the construction of the light steel keel gypsum board ceiling is completed,after a period of natural stress,large or small cracks will appear,especially in the corners of the ceiling.There are few studies on the force analysis of corner cracking of light steel keel ceilings at home and abroad,and there is no standard guide to give better preventive measures.In actual engineering construction,construction is generally carried out by virtue of construction experience.In response to this problem,this paper studies the corner joints of light steel keel ceilings and combines the construction comparison research on the construction site.Through the analysis and research on the cracking of the corners of the light steel keel ceilings,the method for the cracking of the ceiling corners in the fine decoration is found,and the existing method is improved.construction process.Reduce rework and maintenance and waste of resources,reduce unnecessary costs,reduce construction costs,thereby improving project quality and reducing owner complaints.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Through the investigation and research on the construction site of the Huaibei Evergrande Central Park Project,a set of construction samples will be made according to the three construction techniques.After a year of research and observation,the occurrence and deformation of each construction template were determined,and the ceiling units with cracks were analyzed.Secondly,the main keel,auxiliary keel,gypsum board,etc.of the main construction materials are tested,and the tensile and deflection tests are carried out to obtain the required parameters of the material.By constructing the numerical simulation model of the corner process node of the light steel keel ceiling,analyzing the material parameters,force,etc.,the calculation results are obtained.2.The third design group using the new technology,through the rereinforcement method of the side and bottom surface of the structure at the corner of the ceiling and the seven-character turning process of the cladding panel,the structure on both sides of the corner is combined into a whole.The reason why the design group does not appear at the corner of the ceiling is obtained.The stress concentration at the corner causes the uneven settlement of the structure on both sides to cause cracks caused by the deformation of the corner plates,which proves that the new technology can effectively prevent the cracks of the ceiling corners.
