| With the development of science and technology,electronic devices are developing towards miniaturization and scale.However,due to the high heat flux of microelectronic devices,the traditional cooling method can not meet the heat dissipation requirements.However,the microchannel heat exchanger because of the small unit volume,large heat capacity,high heat transfer speed,it is considered as one of the best choices in the future.In this paper,a microchannel flow and heat transfer experimental platform was designed and built,and a microchannel experimental section module was designed.Based on this,an experimental study was carried out with a rectangular groove microchannel,and the results show that the pressure drop increases with the increase of the groove depth,and the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet decreases with the increase of the groove depth for the microchannel with rectangular groove at the same flow rate.Using the computational fluid dynamics method,a numerical simulation model of single-phase fluid flow and heat transfer in the microchannel was established,and the effectiveness of the numerical simulation model in the paper was verified through experiments.Based on the numerical simulation model,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the rectangular groove microchannel were numerical studied and the structural were carried out.It was found that the rectangular groove structure with T =0.8mm and Wt = 0.03 mm has the best comprehensive performance.Based on the geometric structure of the rectangular groove microchannel with the best comprehensive performance,different ribs were added in the center of the flow channel to form a microchannel with a complex structure,and the optimal combined structure microchannel was found through the comparison of various performances.The study found that as the Reynolds number increases,the REC-FTR channel has the best flow characteristics;the REC-RR channel has the best heat transfer performance in the range of Re≤400,however the REC-OR channel shows the best performsnce when Re≥400;As the Reynolds number increases,the overall performance of the REC-OR channel is the best. |
