| Under the background of the new era,the development strategy of the Grand Canal has reached an unprecedented new starting point and a new height.How to protect,inherit,and utilize the Grand Canal has become an important research content in the "post-inscription era".In recent years,under the promotion of relevant policies,a large number of studies on the conservation of the Grand Canal have emerged.However,due to the complex composition of the heritage value of the Grand Canal,there are still many topics that urgently need to be further studied.The value of heritage is the core of heritage conservation and inheritance.How to effectively convey the heritage value,enrich its connotation in the new era,as well as sustainably inherit the heritage value are the major issues of the conservation and inheritance of the Grand Canal.At the same time,interpretation and presentation are important ways to protect and inherit the heritage value and keep it alive,which are benefit to raise public awareness and,promote the public’s understanding of the heritage,which has and shortened the distance between the public and the heritage.In summary,this research discussed the cultural heritage value of the Grand Canal and its interpretation and presentation methods from the theoretical perspective of the interpretation and presentation of heritage value,in order to provide a theoretical and practical basis for "vividly telling the story of the Grand Canal".The research,firstly sorted out the heritage value and the theory of heritage value as well as its interpretation and presentation,clarified the cognition method of heritage value,and the connotation and differences between interpretation and presentation,and then proposed an interpretation and presentation system including three major parts:value recognition and research,value interpretation planning and Construction,value presentation planning and implementation.As a specific type of heritage,the Grand Canal shows the basic characteristics of "multilayer","liveness" and "diversity" in the interpretation and presentation of its value.At the same time,there are also some problems such as the "fragmentation" of large-scale heritage,the difficulties of bridging the various kinds of value,the difficulties of connecting the overall value and the single value and so on.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the composition and characteristics of the Grand Canal,as well as the results of field research and case study,the research proposed four display methods,including conservation,utilization,environmental creation and communication.On the basis of the above research,the research field is further focused on the Sanchakou block.Firstly,The research recognized the value of Sanchakou District based on the guidance of "Operation Guide" and "Protection Guidelines".Secondly,the research found the heritage value of the Sanchakou District in historical,scientific,artistical,social and cultural value,as well as its contribution to criterion i,criterion iii,criterion vi.Thirdly,the research identified the carriers of heritage value in the Sanchakou District by the field reserches and historical materials.After that,the research constructed the interpretation framework of the Sanchakou District based on the integrated conservation theory as well as the heritage value and its carriers of the district.Afterwards,the research adopted the Delphi method to refine the interpretation framework.After 3 rounds of iterations,an interpretation framework of 1 core theme,4 first-level themes and 28 story themes was finally established.Based on the scoring results of Delphi method,the research subsequently established 10 key interpretation themes and 18 general interpretation themes,and connecting to the related representative spaces.Finally,the research analyzed the current situation and problems of interpretation and presentation of Sanchakou District,proposed strategies and design guidelines for its interpretation and presentation planning and implementation. |
