Abstract/Summary:
With the accelerating process of industrialization and urban modernization,people’s demand for oil and natural gas resources is increasing.In order to meet the energy demand,more and more countries turn their attention to the deep sea where oil and gas resources are more abundant.The laying of submarine pipeline is the basis of resource development.In the analysis of the dynamic response of the pipeline in the process of laying,the interaction between the pipe-laying vessel,the stinger and the submarine pipeline can not be ignored.Based on the project of "collaborative innovation and engineering application demonstration of kilometer deep seabed pipeline laying industry chain" of SOA,this paper makes a comparative study of pool model experiment and numerical simulation on the full coupling response of deepwater pipe-laying vessel-stinger-submarine pipeline.This paper draws conclusions with high theoretical significance and engineering application value.In this paper,the dynamic positioning full coupling model experiment and calculation of RAO without pipeline are selected to calculate the motion of pipe-laying vessel.Then the dynamic response of pipeline is analyzed.The dynamic positioning full coupling model experiment includes the model of the complete the dynamic positioning system,pipe-laying vessel,the stinger and the submarine pipeline,which can fully reflect the coupling relationship between the deepwater pipe-laying vessel,the stinger and the submarine pipeline.Through the model experiment,the motion of the pipe-laying ship under the condition of full coupling is obtained.When there is no pipeline,the RAO is calculated by SESAM software.Using Orca Flex hydrodynamic calculation software,the modeling of pipe-laying vessel,stinger and submarine is carried out.By setting the model parameters,the numerical calculation model can correctly reflect the response and interaction of pipe-laying vessel,stinger and submarine pipeline.The model experiment and RAO calculation results are introduced into the numerical calculation model to analyze the influence of six degrees of freedom motion on the pipeline dynamic response,the cable tension and the supporting force.This paper compares the differences between the two analysis methods.In order to provide some suggestions for the selection of sea state during pipeline laying,the numerical calculation of S-type pipe laying method is carried out by considering the influence of the meaningful wave height,peak period,wave direction and water depth on the response of pipe-laying vessel,stinger and submarine pipeline.At the same time,this paper compares the pipe laying ability of "HYSY201" stinger before and after the transformation,and studies the influence of stinger length on S-type pipe laying operation.In this paper,combined with the sensitivity analysis results of S-type pipe laying,suggestions are given for S-type pipe laying construction conditions.
